Zoom Chat Download

Why does Zoom Chat Download into notepad? Is there a way to download into excel. I'm an event planner that provides chat logs to clients but it's SO TIME CONSUMING to reformat from notepad to excel. Help!

Updating zoom on Mac

 I am unable to update my ZOOM.  There is no 'check for updates' option.  I'm thinking I should uninstall and reinstall, but can't find how to do that either.  Any ideas?

Chat notification sound does not work when messaged

Hello. Whenever I get a direct message on Zoom chat, I do not get a notification sound. Although in my Zoom > Preferences > Chat > Play sound when I receive a new message (is checked). Does this setting only apply to brand new messages from brand new... Show more

Hello. Whenever I get a direct message on Zoom chat, I do not get a notification sound. Although in my Zoom > Preferences > Chat > Play sound when I receive a new message (is checked).

 

Does this setting only apply to brand new messages from brand new Zoom chats? I assumed it would also apply to Zoom chats you are already in, which would make sense to me.

No permission for Zoom recording

I have zoom meetings for my math class at my college and the teacher posts the videos from our zoom class on our dashboard however I can not access them because when I try to it says that I cannot view this recording because I don't have permission. Show more

Hi all,

 

I've had a series of meetings where we share PDF resources in real time through the Zoom chat by either clicking and dragging to the chat box, or selecting "file upload" and choosing "from my computer." The last few meetings I've been in this week, I have not been able to upload files from my computer or drag files from my computer into the chat. Instead, I can only choose Google Drive, Dropbox, Sharepoint, etc. 

 

How can I upload local files into the Zoom chat? I checked my settings on the admin account and "send files via meeting chat" is still enabled
