When COVID-19 cases began to ramp up in early March, Madwire’s busy headquarters quickly went dark as employees transitioned to working from home. With Zoom Meetings & Chat and Zoom Phone, “we had everything we needed to transition to a fully remote company,” said David Jones, CTO of Madwire.

“When we were in the office, we had sales screens where people could announce that they made a sale, met their goal, launched a website, and even play their favorite song. When we went remote, we integrated with the Zoom API and created a chatbot. Now whenever someone hits that goal, it actually gets announced on Zoom Team Chat in our sales channels. And there’s a lot of engagement — people saying, ‘way to go, good job.’”

I am using Zoom on mobile app, have connected bluetooth headset for audio but it is not working properly. I can't hear any participant in the meeting, when I click on the speaker with bluetooth icon in upper left side, it goes to speaker mode of mobile and when I click on the same icon again after few seconds, I start hearing other participants but in few minutes again the voice doesn't work and I can't hear any participants again. I tried different bluetooth headset but the problem is same. Any solution?

Zoom and chat on my MacBook Air are working well, but I want to add "invisible" personal notes in the chat during the meeting.  This way, when I print out the chat at the end of the meeting, my additional explanations will be noted and in the right spot.  I currently have the choices of "instructor" or "everybody'.  How about an invisible choice?
