I'm trying to find out: 1. What options for continuous chat I have with a person Zoom One PRO license. 2. How continuous chat work in that scenario. So far all I can find is organizational licensed information (at least that's what it seems to be). Thanks for any help.

I have installed Zoom desktop client onto a new laptop and logged in using my existing Zoom account. My chat history is missing from my chats and channels. However, on my phone with the same account that has already been logged in for a long time now, I can still see chat history for both chats and channels. Also, I'm using a business account from my company, so I think chat history should be stored in the cloud. How can I see my chat history on this new installation? Zoom version: 5.17.11 (34827)

Within the Team Chat settings there is a setting "Change my status to Away when I am inactive for ** minutes." Can this be set on an enterprise level? The default of 15 minutes would not work in our environment.

once exported my chat history, I've noticed that personal chats (I mean the message sent to myself) are not included. is it correct? is there any way to export that chat? I often us it as personal notes space.

Hello, fellow zoomies, I want to talk about how unhelpful and pushy Zoe is. I was trying my very best to be polite and have a pleasant conversation with Zoe, and instead of saying "Hi" back... she tries to get me connected to some type of "Support Team" assuming that I, out of all people, would need her support. Then I actually need help joining a meeting. And whenever I tried telling her that I needed help joining a meeting, she rudely continued trying to get me to connect to this "Support Team" over and over even though every time she asked I clearly said no. I would like an improvement in Zoe's ability to listen and an explanation as to why she is so bad at her job. Furious, Zoom User

On my screen it said Installing but after 2 hours there was nothing doing
Zoom has apparently removed messages older than a year. Unfortunately, this was executed without prior notice, and I've realized that I had crucial messages and documents stored in those chats. I'm eager to know if there's any possible way to retrieve this data. Thank you.

We post lots of videos in the chat and sometimes, they're embed and you can preview them just by clicking the play button, sometimes they're not embed and you have to download the file and open it separately outside of Zoom. I can't seem to figure out what causes one or the other and would love some help.
