Hello everyone, maybe y'all got a quick answer for me.

 

I've recently seen the Zoom client start sorting chat messages by the last responses. So if someone answers to a message that isn't the last one, it pushes that message plus all its responses down, breaking the message flow.

 

Anyone know how to turn this off?

Dear Community,

unfortunately Zoom is not able to decrypt messages form an external contact person. The message shown is (the system has german language) "[Dies ist eine verschlüsselte Nachricht]", (translated) "[This is an encrypted message]".

A red exclemation mark ist shown right next to it. Klicking on it shows the following Message (the system has german language) "Die Nachricht wird entschlüsselt, wenn der Entschlüsselungsschlüssel erhältlich ist", (translated) "The message is decrypted when the decryption key is available".

The external contact is not within the same domain but the contact request was accepted form both sides and and the status can be seen.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue and let zoom decrypt the messages in the future? Any hints are highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

How to restrict Zoom channel members from seeing each others profiles?

How do I restrict my Zoom channel members from seeing each others profile? I want my channel members to interact with each other in Team Chat on the channel they are members of, but I do not want any of them to be able to contact each other via email... Show more

How do I restrict my Zoom channel members from seeing each others profile? I want my channel members to interact with each other in Team Chat on the channel they are members of, but I do not want any of them to be able to contact each other via email or phone. The problem is that channel members can click on the (...) and find each others contact details like phone number and email address - how do I prevent that? Please help!

Textbox overlaps when using keyboard on Samsung S9 Ultra

Hi, I am using an external keyboard with my Samsung Tablet and whenever I type a the input box doesn't move up and overlaps with the system keyboard.

Scheduling a meeting from a Zoom channel

The instruction in the Zoom documentation indicates there should be a calendar icon in the upper left of the screen when in a channel using the web app. There is no calendar icon that I can see anywhere on that screen. Am I missing a setting somewher... Show more

The instruction in the Zoom documentation indicates there should be a calendar icon in the upper left of the screen when in a channel using the web app. There is no calendar icon that I can see anywhere on that screen.
