Starting yesterday, our company zoom account lost the function of "multiple participants sharing option. We use to have that. Please advice!

my video is not 720P but my screenshare is 720P

Hello, currently when i am streaming using OBS feed to zoom video, my video only send 360P no matter how fast my internet is. however, if i use screenshare instead (2nd camera share) it will directly be 720P. does zoom limited the video feed?

Freezes speakers on the iPad and have to use air pods

When zoom meeting ends and If someone hangs up on the zoom meeting at their end..... If I'm on the mtg on my iPad with my airpods I can never hear sound through my iPad speakers since zoom freezes it. i always have too connect to zoom over my air Pod... Show more

When zoom meeting ends and If someone hangs up on the zoom meeting at their end..... If I'm on the mtg on my iPad with my airpods I can never hear sound through my iPad speakers since zoom freezes it. i always have too connect to zoom over my air Pods.... The speaker in the iPad do not give out sound unless I use airpods. Only happens when I connect to zoom...I was able to get over the glitch one time when I connected back to the meeting a week later.....and I could hear through the speakers. This time was a one time zoom meeting and I cannot connect back and have to hear sound from air pods since zoom seems to have Frozen the speakers..... There is a glitch in the software. Also I did factory reset and Apple couldn't find anything wrong with iPad and said to reach out to zoom
