Re-subscribing for Zoom Pro

Hi,

 

Today I tried to re-subscribe with my Pro account and the system does not allow me to do that for one account/license, instead I am offered 10 licenses and, despite theoretically I can reduce the number of licenses the software does not change the number of licenses. Please help
