Change "Einwählen von" (Dial in from?) value not possible

when creating a new meeting the field "Einwählen von" (Dial in from?) has the standard value "Vereinigte Staaten". Because of working in Germany I used to change this to "Deutschland".
After the software update this is no longer possible. Having changed the value no button is available for saving the change. Has anyone the same problem?

    I can edit it in my account.

    As a test, I locked it in the audio conference settings in my account settings, and now I can't edit it!

    The administrator of your account may have locked it.
    Please check.
