How do my end users find other people in the company? I have ~85 users, and I'm still in the testing phase. What I 'm looking for is when I add a new employee (let's call them Sally), Sally automatically has the list of company contacts. I've added all 85 users to my phone system and assigned packages and such, but when I go to Sally's Zoom app on her PC, I don't see any of the other users in her contacts list. Even if I search for a person, it doesn't find any results.

 

This page https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004055706 seems to imply I need to go to IM Settings (https://zoom.us/account/im/setting), but when I click that link I get "No permission. (200)".

updating Zoom on HP Pavilion x360 laptop PC

Can anyone provide instructions on updating my Zoom.  Lately, it has been refusing to let me in Zoom w/o updating, unless I use a browser.

Sign-in email address is different than the address zoom is using to send mail to participants!!

I am trying very hard to learn zoom (I'm NOT tech savvy).  Everybody says it's simple, BUT, I sent out an invitation to my first meeting as a test.  When the participant answered my email, it came to a different email address than the email address I use to log-in with (and that I signed up with).  HOW does Zoom even know about my "other" email address?

I want my "sign-in" email to be used with all my dealings with zoom.  I've wasted 45 minutes now trying to find an answer to how to simply fix this, and I cannot find anything address this.

 

Anybody have input?  Thank you in advance,

Cloud record video deleted and want to recover

I wanted to discuss our room breakout room issue we have purchased license of zoom (500 users) and we have created different zoom breakout rooms from the last one month we are facing issue in breakout rooms when we start meetings in breakout rooms our few members were stuck in main room and they were unable to join breakout rooms so that we end our whole meeting and start it again then users are able to join the meeting. It’s effecting our whole workings please look into it and provide us accurate solution on priority basis. Waiting for your kind response. Thank you
