updating zoom version
Can anyone provide instructions on updating my Zoom. Lately, it has been refusing to let me in Zoom w/o updating, unless I use a browser.

My zoom connects then immediately drops out and it appears it is trying to connect twice. K have an ipad and an I phone. have I paired the devices or something?
This problem is happening to my friend, he cannot send images in the zoom channel. He has updated the client to the latest version too. Is there any way to remove this restriction?

I am hosting a virtual conference and need chat enabled for meetings but turned off for webinars except to my panelists. I do not see this setting anywhere within the meeting/webinar set up, only in account settings. Is this possible? Does anyone have step by step instructions?

I do not have access the backgrounds and filters. I tried to add backgrounds but Zoom indicated my computer does not have the capacity to handle this feature. Is there work around or am I going something wrong.

Hello, I blocked a person a month ago and I can't unblock them, can you help me?
Last Nov I was invited by email to a weekly zoom meeting. Every week I would go to my email, go to my friends letter and click a link and I would get to the zoom meeting. I thought I knew what I was doing. I thought I knew how to zoom. Today I wanted to go to a different zoom meeting or webinar I don't know which. I went to a website (I was late) I Pre-registered for the meeting I got a date, time, web ID and password I tried to go to it but it did not work I created a zoom account too but didn't know what to do. The tutorials are too much information and too confusing. I have been invited to another zoom meeting or webinar tomorrow (it is just people talking) I would like to know how to get in. Tomorrows zoom is from an email it gave me this information: http//: Meeting ID Passcode I am hoping I can just go to my email and click the link, would this work? Or do I have to go to my zoom account? What do I do when I'm in my zoom account to get where I want to go? I hope, if I get a reply I can find it as I don't really know where I am right now and how to get back a second time.

I have downloaded all articles on enabling audio transcriptions, but in the pre-requisites part, I realized we are an education non profit but may not be listed as so. I have followed all instructions, on all articles on enabling audio transcriptions, and the option does not seem to exist in our profile. The bot just keeps sending me the same articles, and I just need our profile to reflect education, so that we can have access to this option but I am going in circles. Can anyone help?
