Cloud record video deleted and want to recover

I have recorded (In cloud) meeting on 06 Jan 2022 and forgot to download it. Now its not showing in my cloud recordings. Can you please help me the video. Thanks

I checked in cloud records its not available,

there is no Trash icon to see the deleted files.

Can you please help me the video. Thanks

Hi @vrtechnosoft , was the cloud recording deleted or is it missing? Here's a support article on how to recover deleted cloud recording from trash https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/216378863. Hope this helps.
