Hey Zoom community, I used to be able to keep the chat window open in the background work and when someone would message it would ding, and give me a push notification. As of the last update zoom chat no longer notifies me when I get a message unless I have the application minimized.

I have tried to uninstall, redownload and reinstall, I have tried zoom support (He just ended the chat with me because he couldn't figure it out). I'm missing a lot of messages because there is no sound. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any solutions?

I have a basic plan and I was trying to record a meeting but I couldn’t. I read about local and cloud recordings and I don’t really understand the difference.

I just want to record meetings that I have and i don’t even have the recording option in my meetings.  

I thought about upgrading to a pro account since it mentions recording in its features but it has only 1GB of cloud recording. I can save the recordings on my device if it’s possible but i need much more than 1GB is that possible with the pro plan? 

Hi Guys, My daughter is getting married next week and I want to host the ceremony via ZOOM. I'm comfortable with that part of the process, but does anyone know how I can just stream the ceremony and not have the participants windows show up on the screen, just the wedding from our end?

Has anyone had a problem where search results in Zoom Chat (outside meetings) don't display complete results?  A colleague and I recently did a little test where we searched for a person's name who we knew had been discussed over the last few days.  My most recent result was accurate but hers was not - a number of days ago was her first result whereas mine was yesterday.  Why does this happen?  Makes it difficult to any confidence in the search results!
