i am able to send pvt chats to people but for some reason i do not receive them back. It is when i am connected to my house wifi. if i use my phone as a hotspot, it being connected to the wifi, it will usually work. Once in  awhile it still won't let me receive any. Its frustrating because people think i'm ignoring them when i'm not. Is it something in a firewall somewhere? Please help!

I keep getting dropped from the Zoom meeting that I am running. My internet service is adequate, I've checked it with my provider and had several conversations with their technicians. During the time I was dropped from Zoom my internet provider showed no interruption in service from their end. Why is this happening? I only recently upgraded my service and it is horrible. If I uninstall zoom and re-install the program, as suggested by someone from Zoom, how easy is it to reinstall?

Can someone advise how we can configure Zoom Chat not to become the default IM.   We force HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\IM Providers\DefaultIMApp to another app, but on a restart this is changed back to Zoom Chat. 

Currently we deploy the Outlook plug-in and the VDI client, are these related to this?

Hello guys,

We are having a problem in my company where some people that just got new laptops aren't able to use the mic and camera on the app, it works in everything else, it works even on zoom in the browser,  but it just doesn't on the app, any solutions ? There was another discussion that I saw recently where the solution was to upgrade to windows 11 (which we don't want to do that for now).
