Hello everyone. I do not know why but since 2 days when i want to record a meeting on my computer, it is not possible anymore. On the cloud it is possible, but not on my computer anymore. So i went on settings and i saw that this option of recording is grayed, meaning blocked. So i went on my zoom account trying to unblock this, but nothing there seems blocked. So i do not understand and have no idea what to do. Thank you for your help.

Hey guys, good morning. i want ask, how to fix account disabled. My account got disabled without reason. I was sign in my account and let it open, and i open my zoom settings on google. When i sign in on google my account on zoom aplication sign out and it said that My account got disabled. I hope anyone can help me, Thanks

In Chrome, I cannot access any Zoom recordings-it works fine in another browser though but I am stuck having to use Chrome. any ideas?
I've been having an issue where my screen will flicker and then go black whenever I'm sharing a PowerPoint. The laptop stays on and so does the Zoom meeting. Those in the meeting room can still see me but I can't see them or anything that's happening on my screen. When I try locking my screen, it appears to go back to normal but that I notice that the visuals on my screen flicker and get grainy. The problem continues until I somehow manage to stop screen sharing. It's happened a few times already and somehow only whenever I'm about 1 hour into a meeting. I've searched online and everyone seems to point towards the nvidia graphics card, but I only have the Intel graphics on my laptop. I don't have an additional nvidia card. Totally clueless as to what's causing this and completely annoyed too. Hope someone can help me out =(

I have disabled the waiting room. However, on recently scheduled meetings, the waiting room is still activated. I have also disabled it in my personal room. I don’t know what else to do. It’s frustrating, especially since I have the Pro and not Premium plan, which would allow me phone support. I need help, please!

Dear all, I organised a meeting 2 weeks ago and I'm trying to access the chat messages received during that meeting. We were several hosts and co hosts - I thought I had activated the options to save chats for all hosts and co hosts (see screen shot 1) - but I realise now that I should have activated another option (which seems a bit confusing to me - see screen shot 2). Is there a way from an administrator perspective to be able to retrieve all messages received by the different co-hosts and hosts of that meeting? Many thanks, Pauline

Good afternoon, we just switched from GoToWebinar to wonderful Zoom. In GoTo, the host/panelists could chat solely with each other. The attendees could not chat directly with the panelists. Can I lock chat down to host/panelists only (and host able to chat with attendees). And turn on the Q&A only for the attendees? Basically, private chat between host/panelist and have the attendees only go through Q&A. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for your help!
