Chat and Calls Notifications on the mobile when someone is not logged in

Can someone be notified on their phone when is not logged in ? 

We have been using Skype but we can't find this setting on Zoom

Hi @CorinnaSollini, this is not something that Zoom currently offers. However, I would love to hear more about the potential benefit of having this feature if you have any suggestions.
