Allowing users to book workspace on behalf on another user
Hi,
We would like to give some users permissions to book for others in our organisation. I can't seem to find the setting for this. Is this possible?
Thanks for your help.

Hello!
Can you help me understand some zoom features?
If I buy license (1 month) for another user and if i give this user license 2 week/month later, this license will be active 1 month. Am I right? It's applies for 10/100 lecenses?
Thanks for answers!

Hiyas Have used our Zoom Room (Yealink A30) joining MSTeams meetings the first few times. Have had an issue with MSTeams spotlight, where it is choosing us (the Zoom Room appliance) as the spotlight, which adds a banner to the top of the screen telling us, which can't be dismissed? Plus adds a MSTeams meeting bar across 2/3rds down the screen (on the TV) with the option to stop spotlighting me / hang up icon, again with no way to dismiss. Anyone experiencing this? Know how we either stop that spotlighting, or dismiss via the Zoom room appliance?

I thought I saved to the cloud and Zoom sent to me. I can not find it. Can anyone help?
Thanks, I am old so I don't always get it!
Afternoon, I am trying to install an evaluation of zoom rooms on server 2019 but am not getting anywhere. The app will install but nothing happens when you try to start it. Is it possible to run zoom on server 2019?
We are leaning towards server product instead of windows 10 due to the remote desktop licensing issues. In particular, we need to administer the machine remotely and sometimes need to login to the machine when the zoom room is running. We are able to do this on the mac mini

Hello!
The client's M365 admin insists on using MS Conditional Access security for the calendar access.
Actually he wants to limit calendar access to requests coming from known locations only as well as from trusted devices only.
Means company portal app, compliance policies, etc...
They use a mix of Mac an Windows based Zoom Rooms plus some Android devices.
==> Q: Is this even possible with Zoom Rooms?
Does his request makes even sense?
Thanks for your feedback.

Hi, Is there a way that when scheduling a meeting in a Zoom room, that you can generate the full email invite template that has the link to join and the various other details? At present people are simply creating the invites in their own Outlook calendars, then inviting the room (this is due to permissions and staff are unable to book directly in the room calendar), which then auto-accepts if there are no conflicts. They then send the room code to the attendees of the meeting and whilst this is functional, it doesn't look as professional as the proper template. The alternative is to create the meeting on the iPad on the wall outside and invite that way, but not necessarily the most convenient (especially for those who aren't so technically minded). Many thanks Alex

Hello, I've raised a ticket with support but perhaps someone in the community has found a solution already. We have Teams Rooms set up that use Yealink MVC room systems, running Microsoft Teams Rooms software version 4.15.58.0 (1/10/2023) and Windows 10.0.19044. The rooms function perfectly when used only for Teams. When used for Zoom, This is repeatable across several Zoom meetings and room systems, this one was today 26/01/2023 at 11:42 UTC. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've tried deactivating the Zoom function in the Microsoft Teams Rooms software, rebooting, reactivating it and rebooting again, but it has not helped. Thanks

Hi Team, I'm trying the simple Native room control function to turn on/off the TV. But keep getting error "Network anomaly". I can confirm that all my devices including TV are on the same network. I'm using Poly X30 with Crestron TS 1070. TV brand is Samsung. Below is my code, {
