I invited 3 emails - all same person - only 1 of those emails received the invitation - the email they least wish to use because it is their company email and not their personal email address. All 3 are gmail accounts.

I even added my personal additional gmail and never received the invite either. I have no idea how to correct this.

In the "Room Controls for Zoom Rooms" page where JSON examples are provided (Room Controls for Zoom Rooms), ther's a note in the "Rules" section that says the following:

  • Room controls users can specify "events only" in their JSON configuration to hide unnecessary room control interfaces. When this field is specifically defined in the JSON, the Native Room Controls UI will not appear on the Zoom Rooms controller. In deployments using both NRC events and Zoom Apps, the Room Controls button directly launches the Zoom App interface without showing empty room control page.

I am using the JSON to trigger states based on meeting start/stop actions, but I don't want to see the "Native Room Controls" icon on the touch panel, since I am using a Zoom App as my primary control interface.

According to the note, I should be able to add an "events only" in the JSON to hide NRC (Native Room Controls). Has anyone done this successfully before and if so, could you please provide an example JSON profile that demonstrates usage? Thank you!

We have the Zoom Apps Quick Launch button turned off in our account settings. We are trying to test the Q-SYS Control app from the Zoom Marketplace but we discovered it requires the quick launch button to be enabled tenant-wide.

Can we get the option to only enable this for Zoom Rooms?

Dear All,

Perhaps somebody has experienced such of situation already:

Under the Zoom Workplace for Linux, I have a problem with the window width in the Settings menu -> General. The content pane is very narrow, and the padding width on the right almost covers the entire content pane area. I cannot insert the picture here to show the issue, but I hope my description is clear enough. Perhaps you know, how to fix it? It is about version: 6.4.10 (2027)

We have a Zoom room setup with digital signage enabled.

The computer we are using for the Zoom room is running Windows 11 and setup as a kiosk in Intune.

It seems like Kiosk modes works like it should. On start up, it automatically signs into the kiosk account and Zoom Room automatically launches. The computer does not sleep or hibernate. We can still host and join meetings using this Zoom room without issues.

We noticed that after rebooting, the digital signage does not display. After multiple reboots, the digital signage eventually shows up. If we randomly decide to reboot the computer, the digital signage stops displaying.

I haven't been able to pin point the root cause for the digital signage issues. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Hi!

When participating in a meeting, I see the participants, who can see me, but I can't see myself.

I tought this was due to OBS Studio, but I did uninstall it and its video line in Zoom disappeared.

If I record on my computer, the record is correct, but the fact that I can't manage the scene. I want to pin a particular participant and not have participants who intervene (this is for demonstration of artwork).

I'd like toget back to a normal behaviour.

Thanks

Since I put zoom (PRO account) on my new Lenovo Yoga PC it constantly crashes, mostly when I wake it up, but sometimes also in the middle of the day, while ZOOM is NOT officially working. It's not in the auto-start, it's not open, but something must happen in the background for it to send me a crash report. I rebooted my computer and send crash reports, but it keeps happening quite regularly.
Anyone has an idea how I could fix this?

We are running a Zoom Room using NDI camera inputs. This does let the room control the cameras through the normal interface, but the cameras move too fast. To use the controls effectively you have to sort of tap each direction in as small an increment as you can manage. I can limit the movement speed of the camera itself, but that doesn't translate to the room controls. If I use the web interface of the camera the controls are affected by the speed settings, but zoom seems to override or ignore them. I cannot find any settings to change in the zoom room or NDI tools to try and get the camera to slow down. I'm hoping I missed something or that maybe a configuration file I am unaware of can be altered. The room is running the most up to date versions of zoom software (as of the date of this posting) and the camera is an Aver TR313V2.

We have a call queue that includes a common area phone. Users log into this phone, and in order to remotely control the phone from their computers, the Zoom Workplace app connects to the physical device. However, the remote connection occasionally drops without notifying the user.

Currently, the connection status icon is a gray phone regardless of connection state, which makes it difficult for users to know when they’ve been disconnected. It would be extremely helpful if the icon changed color based on the connection status, for example, green when connected, gray or red when disconnected.

It seems the visual feedback would improve the user experience by clearly indicating when reconnection is needed.
