I'm using a MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2019) with the intel i5 processor. My zoom client and macOS are fully updated to the latest versions. I have "Suppress background noise" set to "High" and have had it this way forever. The "Show in-meeting option to enable Original Sound" is no checked in my audio settings. Any yet, it seems that background noise suppression is not working, when I'm using the MacBook speakers/microphone or when using Apple earpods with their mic. It worked fine up until a couple of months ago. Now, my zoom room members can hear people talking in the offices, hallways, etc. that are next to me. I've tried it all, so it seems, and can't figure out why it isn't working. Anyone else out there have a solution?

Hi, due to security concerns we discussing deactivating our Outlook EWS for external. We use Zoom Rooms with Outlook Calendar integration. So the question is, does Zoom Room need external EWS? And is it possible to name a source IP so that we can build network rules to protect the EWS? Thanks and regards Chris

g an iPhone bezel to make the TV experience more immersive. Hello Team! I have a suggestion that could enhance our mobile demos. It would be great if we could incorporate a virtual background with an iPhone bezel. This idea was proposed by a member of my team to create a more immersive TV experience during our demos.

Hello, I have a mix of Zoom Room device head units: 1x Windows PC 2x Neat Appliances 1x Logitech Roomate Appliance We are running duals displays that are not hooked up to any networking or Zoom controls. GOAL: I want to setup Device Operation Time so that my displays turn black during non business hours and then start displaying again during business hours. Following these two articles: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064233 https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066604 ISSUE: When it is not during business hours the head units should start sending a black signal to our displays. However the behavior thus far is that once DOT is trigged the displays simply revert to the custom background I set globally as if the headunit did receive a command. Was there a delay in when the head unit starts sending the black signal to the displays? Please find my settings attached.

We currently use a Crestron system in concert with a Zoom Room Native Controls profile. We wouldn't need the added complexity if we could delay a message in ZRNCs. The problem is when someone unplugs and plugs back in too quickly, and the projector or display continues to shut down because it missed the message during its cool-down phase. We wouldn't need Crestron to create the buffer if we could send a second "on" command a few seconds later to reinforce the intended outcome.

Hi, I pay for Zoom, Zoom Workplace Pro $14.99 a month! I cant talk to Zoom my plan doesn't cover that privilege. I had loads of problems getting to work on my new Samsung. ( Iv been using zoom for years on my old one!) Now every time my computer turns of it wants to update then it crashes and zoom wont open. 1) Simple but probably not the best solution how do I stop updates? I followed instructions to the management of updates in the portal. I get this.... To manage your Windows system updates, please upgrade Zoom Rooms to 5.2.0 (5.2.2940.0927) or later, and keep Zoom Rooms in login. If I update Zoom wont open. 2) how do I get the updated version to open Zoom. I cant risk uninstalling it, It took hours of emails and workarounds from Zoom to get it to work in the first place. Thank you to anyone who reads this and a bigger thank you if you have a fix!

We are running Logi Rally Bar with Tap, Zoom room account profile appearance is set to "Dark" but during the Teams call the background in the screen with participants is white. Is there a way to change this?
Kind regards,
N
I have a TV connected to my Logitech Rally with Tap running Zoom Rooms. Is there a way to put the TV screen to sleep when idle and wake the system from tapping on the Tap? I'm concern of screen burn-in issues.
