Cómo puedo saber quien de los usuarios habilitados puso en "En Construcción" una sala?
If only zoom support had better technical support I wouldn't be posting over here but I hope I find the resolve of my ongoing issue here. We have zoom meeting rooms licenses for 3 meeting rooms on premise. We are using Logitec rally plus + logitec tap ip + Zoom meeting pro. Currently all room has been assigned Zoom Calendar Service from admin settings. I am looking for two things, if I use zoom desktop client OR Microsoft outlook linking zoom account OR zoom web, I should be able to select which Zoom Room I need to have that meeting and same time my logitec TAP IP should show the upcoming events, unfortunately currently its not the case. We are changing out company domain name, are there any Zoom admin portal knowledge articles or steps to do this? All user log in accounts will change, not finding any information on this.
We have around 25 Rally Bars + Mini's around Europe, and we are running the latest CollabOS/firmware. They are all configured with a Zoom Room licence, and many users use the Teams Direct Guest connect feature. Since we bought the units we've had on and off issues when connecting to Teams meetings, like the microphone not working or the video freezing on one frame or generally terrible quality. Firmware updates don't seem to help much and it feels as it's got worse since the last update. I've logged tickets with Logitech and just don't seem to get anywhere with them. They ask the usual (factory reset etc. etc.) but nothing really improves it. A reconnect will sometimes get the microphone working or the video might then work for a bit, then might freeze and stay frozen. Zoom meetings work perfectly. Is anyone else having these same issues? Maybe there are settings we can make to improve this or network changes? Thank you Tony

Hi, Is there an easier way to schedule digital content by day if I need to alternate it by week for a long period of time? For example, my company deploys e-signage on our TVs and we have bi-weekly reminders to submit timecards for employees/managers.
Right now I only see a way to add content list from one start date to another, but not the ability to schedule only specific dates. Would I just have to keep adding content list for every other week?

Ok, I have gone through all updates, restarted, exited, regenerated, and reinstalled. In the Zoom Rooms global settings, I have activated the customize screen. I did this to show Teams, GMeet, and Webex when you click join on the tablet. On some of the tablets, it shows all 3. On some of the tablets, it only indicates Teams and GMeet. Yes, I have power cycled, made sure versions are up to date, made sure the versions are the same on both the computer and the tablet, exited out, repaired, and regenerated. Same wifi; I cannot find a difference other than some are not displaying all 3 icons. At this point I'm hoping that I'm just missing something stupid, otherwise, I can find 0 explanation. Anyone?

Hello, I am having an issue accessing the "get workplace's reservations". The error is as follows: {'code': 4711, 'message': 'Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[workspace:read:list_reservations, workspace:read:list_reservation:admin].'} I have verified that I have 'workspace:read:list_reservation:admin' added to the scope of my app. Have been able to access other endpoints with no problem except for this one endpoint. Also using server-to-server oauth. It is also as an account-level app. Have tried valid and invalid workspace ids with the same error message. I have verified that I am using a get command for the call. Looking for any help on what maybe causing this or other places I can look. Thanks.

When entering a product support zoom workplace, I get transferred to a breakout room to meet with a support team member. I'm staying in the Zoom Workplace environment instead of being transferred to my Zoom app. This is needed so I can share my screen. They say it is a setting in my setup. What is the setting and where do I find it to enable my automatic transfer to my Zoom app when entering a breakout room?
