Resolved! Time on Crestron Touch Pad vs Time on TV in Zoom
Hello, I have a new Zoom Room and I cant figure out how to adjust the time on the Crestron Zoom Room Touch Pad. can someone point me in the right direction. here is my setup for this room

Resolved! Yealink device - "You need to upgrade Zoom Rooms system to use Zoom service" error
Just recently purchased a new Zoom Rooms setup (Yealink A10 with CTP18 controller) but after pairing them and upgrading firmware on both, I went to sign into Zoom but before I can put in my activation code to assign a license, it's given the error of 'You need to upgrade Zoom Rooms system to use Zoom service.' However, it doesn't give me the ability to do so anywhere in the zoom settings screen and therefore is unusable at the moment. Because it's not assigned to our Zoom account yet, I can't do it remotely either. Firmware for both is on the latest versions. Zoom version is showing as 5.15.1.

Resolved! Portrait Mode Display for Zoom Rooms
Hello, We have a large conference room that we're trying to set up with a Logitech Rallybar and Tap to drive two displays. One 86" in landscape, but next to it a 43" in portrait mode. The idea was that the primary display would show content and the 43" would show virtual participants (speaker or gallery). I can't find any settings within Zoom Rooms to enable this so I'm wondering if it's driven more by the Logitech components or possible at all. Thank you

Zoom room for local sharing only? No mic, camera, or controller.
I've been asked to set up a space where people can wirelessly share content to a local display. No cameras, no microphones, no controller. Just a hidden PC running the Zoom Rooms software. We have plenty of full Zoom Rooms.
There are plenty of 3rd party hardware solutions for this situation, but I was wondering if this could be done with a minimalist Zoom Room.
You would just start the Zoom app on your laptop, select share, and enter the sharing key on the room display.

However, what we found is the config method works fine only on Windows and MacOS Zoom Rooms that version is older or equal to the 6.0.6 (May 28, 2024) release version.
After the 6.0.0, we tried to open the Apps on Zoom Rooms but the function would throw an error `Error: config took longer than 10000ms to respond`, even though we've increased the timeout ms, it still errors the same.
I think some interface changes don't match with the JS SDK anymore internally from Zoom Rooms later than 6.0.6 or even the latest version, which is only replicable on the MacOS side.

[Zoom Rooms MacOS development] Developer Tools command is not working
Hi,
We have been developing Zoom Rooms application for a big while and we faced the issue that MacOS can't turn on the developer tool by using command `defaults write ZoomChat webview.context.menu true` as it is mentioned on the site https://devforum.zoom.us/t/enabling-developer-tools-on-a-mac/91235 Windows works fine (edit zoom.us.ini).
Do you have any ideas how to fix it? We would like to toggle the developer tool on the Zoom Rooms app

Resolved! Zoom whiteboard in Zoom rooms
Hello, I am finding some of the guides difficult to find out some information. I have a Zoom Rooms system, running on a Crestron flex base. The client would like to add zoom whiteboarding functionality to the system, they are able to add whatever functionality is required in the back-end but are looking for advise on hardware. Can this be accomplished simply by adding a second touch-display to the existing Crestron zoom rooms system - OR does this functionality require a separate zoom client (zoom rooms for touch) on the second display.
