How can I display two people in each of the three windows in the Smart Gallery, for a total of six participants?
Is it possible to display two people at a time?
It used to show 2 people equally, but since October when the smart speaker feature was added, the default display has changed.
I looked for the setting but could not find it.
When I used it for a panel discussion with board members, the board members were shown the smallest and I lost credibility.
If anyone knows what is going on, please let me know.

Smart Gallery a.k.a Multi Stream only requires 1 camera and will frame up to 16 people in individual tiles within multiple streams. Let's say you had a room with 8 people in it and a maximum stream count of 5. The first stream will be an overall view of the room auto framed to capture everyone in the room, so the far end viewers know where people are located within the room. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th stream will then divide out the 8 people equally so 2 people represented in each additional stream. It is different from "Intelligent Director" which requires the use of 2 or 3 cameras across the front wall of a room which has different angles to capture people potentially blocked from view since a single camera only has a single sightline. Smart gallery works with windows, mac based rooms or android appliance all in one devices such as Neat Bar. However, some manufacturers have slightly different behavior such as Poly X50 will show the overall room view and shift from person to person in the additional streams trying to focus on active talkers versus showing a persistent view of non speaking participants.

Thank you for your responce.
Indeed, that was the case until September of this year.
But that changed with the October 13 update to 6.2.0.
However, the release notes do not list this change.

Happy New Year!
Is the Zoom Rooms team seeing illusions?
Please look below picture.
When 10 people were on camera, in our Zoom Room, it looks like this.

Hello @Ohkawa,
That looks to me like maybe the Room needs to be synched again or calibrated again. You are welcome to submit a support ticket on this issue and I can take ownership of it and we can work with the Zoom Rooms Engineers directly on this issue, or you can work with the support Engineers in your region. That is my suggestion since I am in the US and you are not. It will be a lot of back and forth if you and I tried to work on this together.
Let me know what you want to do or you can ping me in chat and we can try to solve it there as well. I am happy to assist, but I am not a direct Zoom Rooms engineer.

Hey, @YaBoiB
Of course, The Room has already synched to latest version.
I would like to be able to display pre-September as shown in the figure below.
