Hello everyone, I have a logitech rally plus with zoom rooms, it has been working fine till yesterday, when ever i try to join a meeting it shows the folowing msg: - In french: "Certains de vos appareils Zoom Rooms doivent étre mis å niveau pour rejoindre cette réunion. Veuillez contacter le service informatique pour obtenir de l'aide." - In English: "Some of your Zoom Rooms devices must be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact service computer for help." All the logitech rally plus equipments are up to date using the LOGITECH SYNC tool. Thanks,

Hi there! We have a couple of spots where we have deployed a ZR without a controller - just use a wireless mouse / KB to navigate. It worked fine since installation but yesterday both rooms have stopped working and are prompting 'Tap Controller to Start'. There is no controller that has been paired with these rooms ever, and they were working fine for the last few months. From my eye test, I can't see that anything changed in the ZR admin portal. Thoughts?

Is it possible to prevent Zoom Rooms from launching in full screen mode? I have a kiosk this is going on, and the software loaded correctly but I only want the video portion (zoom) to be on the top. I just need to prevent Zoom rooms from going full screen.

I've got a client that is trying to use zoom rooms while also allowing access to network drives, but they would like the user to have to log in prior to accessing the networked drives instead of allowing free access. Would anyone have recommendations on how to get this working? They would like to be able to update the machines and zoom rooms without having issues without taking down the machine. They are currently using Windows machines.

I have set up my Zoom Rooms and integrated with Google Calendars for our company GSuite. Other people can see the rooms and reserve the rooms, however they can't include a link to zoom meeting. They have to copy and paste. Is there an easy way for others on the team to add a Zoom link to their Zoom Room invite via Google Cal?

I can’t get into my paid zoom account room. I don’t have my account number. Can anyone help? I can’t even get a log in screen, it automatically takes me to a free room. I have contacted Zoom Support, but I need an account number and it’s in my profile on the paid account, which I can’t open. Please help.

Ok, It seems like I'm the only one here with this issue so I'll try to get as much info as I can. We are in the process of having our infrastructure migrate to AzureAD and Intune and get rid of our local AD services. Now I have to create policies that will allow Zoom Room on dedicated devices to Auto Logon, Install Zoom Room ( if not installed) and Open Zoom Rooms automatically. I've managed that by doing the following: Auto Login and installation went fine, however and it opens it Zoom does not detect its a touchscreen device, the it ask me to pair with a Controller ( as per screenshot) . Touch Screen is not disabled, I can still use to navigate through the screen. This issue only happens when using via Intune in Kiosk mode. Clearly the Kiosk mode is blocking something to happen, not sure what. Does anyone know why? I can deploy powershell scripts to change a config file if this is the case.

If I buy license (1 month) for another user and if i give this user license 2 week/month later, this license will be active 1 month. Am I right? It's applies for 10/100 lecenses?
