Hallo

Ich habe alle Aufnahmen gelöscht, auch im Papierkorb, aber in der Cloud, wird der Speicherplatz nicht freigegeben. Was kann ich tun?

Hallo anjoha

wenn du alle cloud recordings gelöscht hast und alles aus dem Papierkorb und du hast immer noch kein freier Speicherplatz dann bitte eröffne ein Ticket beim Support damit du dein Speicherplatz wieder zugwiesen bekommst.
