Hi I'm running the latest version of Zoom rooms and it seems really  unstable - the Main screens freezing during an important meeting. As you can see the memory utilization is very high.

I have a client that is using a dual Nureva HDL300 system. We have installed these multiple times, never with any  complaints for a Zoom Rooms conferencing centre/boardroom. This system however from the offset has poor audio quality and comes out sounding as if you are underwater!

 

So far, we've recalibrated the bars and they work perfectly with MY Zoom credentials. 

 

This is not a clear fix, however one troubleshooting option is on the Zoom settings themselves. Changing them, turning them off due to conflicting with the HDLs defaults maybe?

 

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Poly Trio C60 as Zoom Room controller

Has anyone managed to successfully use a Poly C60 as a Zoom Room controller? I have used the activation code so the C60 is linked to a Poly X70 and can start/control meetings for the Room etc. However, the C60 does not appear in the X70 appliances 'connected devices' list (on the appliance web interface) and in the Zoom Room it is listed as iMX8 (on Android 9).

We are using the Poly TC8s in other rooms, and these display as TC8s in the room and they are also listed as connected devices on the appliance.

The C60 base profile in Poly Lens is "Zoom Rooms PC Controller".

I'm just trying to use the C60 as a Room Controller so I can utilise the C60 mic and extendable mics in larger rooms. Any ideas?

Downgraded to basic and lost access to cloud recordings. Can I get them back by re-subbing?

I had an account which my organisation got for me, but it looks like it has expired (now a basic account). Is there any way to access my cloud recordings?  or would I need to re-subscribe?

Hi, I have a Poly endpoint Studio-X (running in Zoom mode with firmware 3.9) with Zoom app 5.8.3. When I join a Zoom meeting and share content via HDMI cable, the far-end content share screen has a poor resolution. When I share with the Zoom app using proximity, the far-end resolution is great. I am able to replicate all the time. Is there a limitation on content share resolution on HDMI? How to fix this?

I am an AV integrator and we have deployed a Zoom Room system for a client.  We are experiencing a weird issue when content sharing.  The topology is as follows: Clickshare device (or computer if you will) to a Magewell HDMI to USB capture device.  USB from that device to a Zoom Rooms PC.  This delivers the content source to zoom rooms to share.

 

When we go to youtube and play a video, the ad plays audio perfectly fine (since it is voice audio).  When it plays anything with music, it allows the voice to play but cancels out the music in the background.  We haven't been able to track down what is the cause.

Hi Everyone.

I'm trying to use autonomous single app mode. I followed the instructions below:

The profile shows as not applicable. The device is supervised and appears to be functioning normally.
