Hello! I would like to know how can I get reports of zoom rooms. Thanks a lot!
We recently relocated a Zoom Room to another building across town. Since reconnecting everything, the video sending and receiving are extremely laggy. I'm running a Dell Optiplex with i7, 16GB ram, 3 displays (one touch screen), Logitech Meetup Camera. iPad app and Windows app are up to date. I've installed Logitech software to ensure camera firmware is updated. When I open camera within Logitech app, the video is crisp and clear and no lag. I have to use wifi right now because our network security will block non-domain joined Windows devices. The network speed test revealed over 300MBps down/~50MBps up. I've done of Zoom rooms and we've had better quality with less bandwidth, so I don't think it's network related. Windows updates are current along with drivers. Despite all of that, as soon as I start a meeting the video I'm seeing and being sent is barely 12fps or lower. I'm not expecting perfect 4K video sending and receiving but something is way off and it's borderline unusable. I'm happy to upload anything I can to elaborate, but as a self-proclaimed Zoom "expert" I'm really stumped.

Business account- Zoom Room. Is there any other options here to add contacts other than setting up Zoom accounts using the business email addresses for each individual?
We are unable to add contacts to our Zoom Room iPad
When we have a dedicated Room PC connected to the Rally Bar via the HDMI-In on the Rally Bar, both Teams and Meet will only show the PC not the camera. IF I disconnect the HDMI cable from the PC to the Rally Bar, Zoom Rooms will display the camera correctly. Has anyone experienced this?

I have a Chromebook. I think the version of Zoom on it is from Dec. 2022. I recall updating Zoom on my laptop after that date, so I think this version on my Chromebook is old. My video keeps freezing on and off - it's choppy. So is the audio. I know it's not the internet connection because the internet is fine with doxy, another video platform I use. The instructions on the Zoom website say to click on my photo then click on check for updates, but when I click on my photo the only things that show up are my name, email address, and the words "Plans and billing" and "sign out". I've tried searching for information everywhere and am getting no where. Meanwhile paying for a service I can't use.... Hoping someone can point me in the right direction! Thank you! PS I have no idea what location to choose, so I hope people in this group can help.

I'd like to create a Room Controls JSON file that turns on and off a Samsung display. The hex string requires both a Power data field (0 is off, 1 is on) and a checksum; the checksum will obviously depend on the value of the Power data field. If I wanted to use parameters in my methods definitions, how do I specify both the data and the checksum? === From Samsung: All communications take place in hexadecimals. The checksum is calculated by adding up
all values except the header. If a checksum adds up to be more than 2 digits as shown below
(11+FF+01+01=112), the first digit is removed

Hi. I have a room set up so that a hybrid meeting can take place. I need the computer to boot into Zoom with the appropriate camera, microphone etc all configured BUT also give the flexibility to change things during the session where required. How can I set things up so that it boots into the standard configuration every time rather than remembering the configuration the last user left it in? Some meetings will have an experienced zoom operator to control things but others might not have any technical expertise apart from the ability to start it up. It is very important for the non-expert user that it starts up in a consistent fashion. The computer is a Windows 11 laptop with the browser configured to remember the log on details and boots straight into Zoom from a shortcut to the meetings link.

The gallery view will not allow for side-by-side. It's only showing one user above the other.
We are wanting to have our remote staff join us in the head office whenever they want, so they feel part of the office (see everyone and listen/contribute to the general office gossip and conversations). What's the best way to organise this? Currently we have a recurring meeting that we start every morning - which works - but wondering if there is a better way.

When watching the video, it says to go to the top right of the screen and click on photo and it should take you to settings. I don't get that. I am on a basic plan and it just says PLANS AND PRICING and SIGN OUT. On the LHS of the screen I can go into MEETINGS, ADVANCED and check the VIRTUAL BACKGROUNDS and the tab is enabled. Again on the LHS I can go into ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, but no settings option comes up. Just ACCOUNT PROFILE, BILLING, REPORTS. In the written help, it says to log out and log back in as an administrator. How do I do that? My profile just calls me OWNER. But apparently you need to be a administrator to do the settings correctly. I remember when I first went onto Zoom I had access, and the 2nd time I went into Zoom, I didn't. I am going around in circles. Please help. I know the free basic plan does have access to backgrounds because I have a friend who does use one, but she has no idea what is wrong in my situation.
