We have an AJA U-Tap USB device for video on a Mac Mini (Intel).
After updating to Zoom Rooms 5.16, the video input from the U-Tap is constantly glitchy when starting a meeting.
The U-Tap input looks fine in other applications.
After downgrading the Zoom Room to 5.15.7 the U-Tap works as expected.

I'm trying to add another google calendar to my list of integrated calendars for our Zoom Rooms. Google won't let me add a calendar service other than my own. I don't remember having this much trouble when we first set up the Rooms. Has something changed?

My zoom device has two screens, a big one and a small one. BTW，I can't solve the problem by changing the video output line, because the small screen is an all-in-one machine and the big screen is a TV. Thank you for your help!
I need to swap their current display, but I don't know how to do it.
I want to be able to set the main screen as the big screen and the small screen as the second screen.

Hello Community, Has anyone ran into this new issue where a Zoom Room is required a Critical Upgrade, and CANNOT start a meeting without the Upgrade? This also sets the Controller to display only Home and Setting options, and indicates that the room needs to be upgraded. My issue is why are we not being alerted about this instance? Clearly the Zoom Room is unusable at this point, but no Alerts are generated because the Zoom Room is still logged in and online (I assume that's why). ------------------------------- Is anyone else experiencing this and have a work around or resolution? ------------------------------- What I did to resolve this: All of my devices are on ZDM and have an upgrade schedule for Saturday at 20:00 - 22:00. It appears 2 of my 13 Zoom Rooms became Disconnected from ZDM and running 5.13.x version, so possibly that's why they weren't upgraded? I am not sure why the disconnect from ZDM happened, but I had to manually install the newest Zoom Room Version on the machine itself. Once I manually installed the 5.17 version on the Windows Machine, the Zoom Room error went away and I was able to join meetings again.

Hey, we run 4 zoom rooms on polycom TC8 with poly studio x50 and x30's. two local at main office and two remote. Recently we added the "support interoperability for zoom rooms" and turned on support for MS Teams web client etc. This works great for us, the meeting shows up and has the ability to join (as guest) which is great. Awesome feature. EXCEPT one thing.... It only shows a "Join" button on MS Teams meetings in 2 of the 4 rooms. In the rooms where it works it shows the meeting name, the join button, and the host name. In the rooms where it doesn't work, it only shows the host name. No other info, and you have to manually enter your meeting ID and pass code. This is extremely frustrating to our user base. Anyone see anything like this? I opened a ticket with Zoom, #18163003 So far the responses have included request for us to get into PowerShell and make changes or updates. This cannot possibly be the answer since we didn't set anything up in PowerShell for the other rooms to begin with, they just worked when we toggled on the Interoperability options. I was hoping someone in the community has seen this and has a quick and easy response for me. Thank you!

Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the refresh rate of the sharing key in Zoom rooms? We are testing out Zoom rooms currently. Something we run into is users wanting to share their screens to the large tv's we have in conference rooms even when they don't have an active Zoom meeting. The screen share does work outside of a set meeting, though it seems that the refresh rate for the sharing key is 10-15 min and will close out a screen share if it is being used. Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the refresh rate of the sharing key, maybe from 15 min to a half hour?

Is there any way of getting a warning that an unmanaged iPad needs a software update before it fails in a meeting because it's too far behind?
Is there any way for an unmanaged iPad to update the Zoom Room app automatically? I've got "Automatically install app updates" checked in settings, but they never do.

We're used to AirPlaying directly to our TV, so when we saw that the Zoom Room had Share Screen and AirPlay without changing TV sources we were very happy. However, it's considerably lower resolution, AirPlay to ZR is slightly better but there is a delay and it's quite blurry. Is there a way to increase the resolution? Clearly out network can handle it when AirPlaying directly to our TV which is on the same Wi-Fi network.

We are testing Direct guest Join with our Zoom Rooms. We are running into alot of issues when joining MS Teams meetings. Audio works fine but video is very choppy and freezes - External guest cannot see the conference room. we tried firewall rules but still no luck we are using X series and G7500's Anyone using Direct Guest Join successfully? what are the secrets to getting this to work ?
