Hi,

Is there an easier way to schedule digital content by day if I need to alternate it by week for a long period of time?

For example, my company deploys e-signage on our TVs and we have bi-weekly reminders to submit timecards for employees/managers.

Right now I only see a way to add content list from one start date to another, but not the ability to schedule only specific dates. Would I just have to keep adding content list for every other week?

Ok, I have gone through all updates, restarted, exited, regenerated, and reinstalled. In the Zoom Rooms global settings, I have activated the customize screen. I did this to show Teams, GMeet, and Webex when you click join on the tablet. On some of the tablets, it shows all 3. On some of the tablets, it only indicates Teams and GMeet.  Yes, I have power cycled, made sure versions are up to date, made sure the versions are the same on both the computer and the tablet, exited out, repaired, and regenerated. Same wifi; I cannot find a difference other than some are not displaying all 3 icons. At this point I'm hoping that I'm just missing something stupid, otherwise, I can find 0 explanation.  Anyone?

Hello,

I am having an issue accessing the "get workplace's reservations". The error is as follows:

{'code': 4711, 'message': 'Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[workspace:read:list_reservations, workspace:read:list_reservation:admin].'}

I have verified that I have 'workspace:read:list_reservation:admin' added to the scope of my app.

Have been able to access other endpoints with no problem except for this one endpoint. Also using server-to-server oauth. It is also as an account-level app. Have tried valid and invalid workspace ids with the same error message. I have verified that I am using a get command for the call.

Looking for any help on what maybe causing this or other places I can look.

Thanks.

We are trying to enroll our Windows Zoom Workspace clients to ZDM using enrollment tokens. After adding the enrollment token by following the Zoom instructions the client is not added to ZDM. When inspecting the log I see an error ZDMServiceMgr error code 5002 as well as an attempt to reach htts://cn01zdm.zoom.com.cn.

I'm located in the US but it appears to try to connect to a zdm enrollement server in China.

Anyone get this working and know how a successfull enrollment looks in the log? What enrollment server did you connect to?

Or has anyone also had issues enrolling and come across this error?

Thank you

Zoomrooms Adding a room

I currently have one ZoomRooms license.
Is it possible to create two rooms, one for ZoomRooms (shared space) and one as a kiosk?
I would like to use ZoomRooms for meetings and one as a virtual receptionist.

Teams direct guest join is a great feature to have within Zoom Rooms but we've encountered a bit of an issue in rooms that have a USB/HDMI capture device.  The USB capture is used for local content share via the HDMI cable and for that purpose it works fine.  However, Zoom Rooms (and Windows running on the Zoom Rooms PC) sees the USB capture device as a camera.  Not a problem in Zoom meetings because we just set the default camera in the Room settings on the controller and the Zoom meeting always uses the actual camera.

But when joining a Teams meeting, Teams seems to make its own choice about which camera to use, does not follow the default set in Zoom and has decided to use the USB/HDMI capture as a camera for the meeting and not the room's actual camera.  It is also the case that there is no way to change the camera Teams has selected, even when the room is in the waiting room before being admitted to the Teams meeting, the settings cog doesn't do anything and you can't change any devices.

Anybody else got this issue? Anybody have a solution to force Teams direct guest join to use a specific camera  or follow the Zoom default camera? Or alternatively stop USB/HDMI capture devices being seen as cameras?

Thanks,

Hello!

I'm trying to apply branding settings to sub accounts via Advanced > Branding.

After I enter the TXT and CNAME records required by Zoom, the status is "Domain verification failed" due to a misconfigured CNAME.

Host is

yumari-digital

(please feel free to chime in here if you think this isn't a great entry)

Value is

events-branding.zoom.us.

TTL is automatic

Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Hi all,

We have recently activated the Zoom  Room Check-In feature on a subset of our meeting rooms, and overall I think it works very well.
After surveying our end users after a few weeks, the most common complaint is a use case that Zoom have not taken account of.

In a scenario where a meeting room is booked with a Zoom Link included, frequently the meeting will not have any remote users (remote users on-site that day, on leave, no requirement to join) - and the meeting will be in-person only (1-1 meeting etc).
When this situation occurs, there is no way to check into the meeting. The "check-in" button is not available on the controller tablet/device, as the room assumes that the Zoom Call will be joined.
If the in-house meeting does not have any need for a screen share, the room will not be checked in.

This is causing frustration to our users as this scenario occurs quite often.
So the only way to check into that meeting, is to join the call and end the call.

I feel like the Tablet Device should have the "join" button AND the Check-In button.

Does anyone know if there is a way around this, or if this is something that Zoom are aware of and the option of the 2 buttons (Join, Check-In) is something that will be released in a later update?

Many thanks,
Brian
