Hi
We have two PC based Zoom rooms with Poly Trio as controller/mic/speaker. They both were working fine for months. I did an upgrade to 5.17.6 ahead of the May 4 deadline for min rev level. One room upgraded fine, the is stuck with Trio not able to connect and run room. We have rebooted the Trio, rebooted the PC and shutdown/restart. We factory reset the Trio. We took the Trio from the other room and factory reset it - no joy.
Controller and PC on the same network - we can ping it.
Any thoughts on what we can try?
At a loss
Thank you
Steve

Probably opening a support case would be the best approach here.
