Error message when Screen Sharing in Personal Zoom Room
When attempting to Share content from a Zoom client, be it laptop or mobile, to a Personal Zoom Room, the action fails and the following error message is shown: This Personal Zoom Room was created within a Zoom Rooms portal and paired via the pairing process at zoom.us/pair. The Zoom client software on both devices is updated to the latest version. The Pro Device setting within the Zoom Rooms settings is turned ON If anyone has seen this issue, please reach out. Otherwise, I will open a ticket.
The Zoom Rooms software is: 5.17.5
The hardware is a Neat Bar NFB1.20
