Controller can't connect Zoom Rooms

Hello,

I have Poly X50 and Poly TC8,

When I login Zoom Rooms license , X50 can connect Zoom Rooms.

But TC8 show the message : This device is not support Independent meeting room schedule.

TC8 version : 5.11.3

X50 version : 5.11.3

What's the problem now ?

It would seem you have setup the TC8 as a seperate room scheduler. Please check your configuration for the TX8 within the Zoom admin portal. If this doesn't work, remove the TC8 from the admin portal and re add. Once you sign into the TC8, you should be given the option of which ZR (Poly X50) you would like to pair with.
