I downloaded the latest version of Zoom on Monday. I noticed that my personal version (app) is the newest version now. However, when I go to attend classes- which is just a link via Canvas, I no longer can use my computer audio headset. When I go to test, zoom freezes. Could this be because the school's version is not the most up to date? This was happening before as well, I was able to restart and it would work.

We are a medium size company with around 100 Zoom Rooms in the US - Trying to find out if Zoom Rooms fall under Ray Baums act for dialing 911. Dialing 933 from a room that has not had a phone license assigned - call fails. most of our rooms have not been configured with an extension as dialing out would current count against zoom meeting phone call minutes - didn't require an extra phone license. If we assign a basic phone license it can dial 933 ( but then can not dial out otherwise ) - but it uses the default site address and does not follow settings for more specific e911 info ( I wanted to include the room number itself) - even though there is an option to use a different address when you assign it a zoom phone license.
What I have tested and found so far
I tried setting an unlimited license and it's still giving the programmed building address and not the address chosen in the drop down.
Ideally I would like to have an emergency location added per Zoom Room - these are fixed locations and won't be moving around, I am guessing zoom wants to deprecate the old method of calling out using zoom meeting minutes and switch people over to using Zoom Phone - but as neither method will be compliant I am currently stuck.

Hi everyone! Has anyone been able to activate the Video Greeting and Videomail features specified in this support article? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4416947198861 I don't see the Policy to activate on the Zoom Portal, nor in the Desktop Client Settings for Phone. Craig

My team members are having reoccurring issues of their calls muting or dropping if they are still using their zoom phone app and go into safari to search for something. The only way they have found to fix this is by hanging up on the client and calling them back- this is not something sustainable for us. Any recommended solutions?

I live in New Hampshire, but there is a client who lives in the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix). They want to join our meeting in the United States, but there is no international number for the US Virgin Islands. Does anyone know the international number that will create this link?

I have zoom united Pro - Meetings & Chat plus Phone service. When I am in conference call, I cannot accept the phone call and need to allow the other person to keep the voice message. Is there anyway I can accept the phone call and still in the conference call (Zoom meeting) ? 2nd question If I take additional local phone number or toll free number ($60 per year) , can I accept the phone call from toll free number and still in the conference call (Zoom meeting) . If I use another device (phone) to accept the call from my toll free number , can I still be in zoom meeting ? 3rd question Is there additional fees for toll free number (compared to additional local number) ? Is there any chance that if no one answered the calls/call queue it will go directly to email?

Would holiday hours surpass the general business greeting prompt please?
The second question is if there are two holiday hours set up and overlapping with each other, which one would Zoom pick up please?

Trying to add our call queue extensions/phone numbers as contacts on everyone's zoom application. Would be great if they showed up under company contacts. Sure I could add as an imported contact but not sure if there is a setting to add them so users can search there contacts to be able to forward the number?
