I am wondering if there is a report within zoom phone which shows call patterns i.e. when the phone is busiest?

    Check out the Zoom Phone dashboard's usage and adoption page.  This will show you trends and top talkers.

    Thanks for that, I have checked out the features there but it doesn't really do what I need.

    Sorry to hear that.  Can you be more specific about what sort of report you're looking for?

    The overall call volume view shows the inbound, outbound, and internal load throughout the day on the account

    Great to hear!

    From the admin portal, go to Dashboard

     

    Within the dashboard, go over to the Zoom Phone tab

     

    From there, click the Usage & Adoption tab.

     

    You can even filter down to specific sites if needed.
