Hello,
I'm using zoom phone on my mac desktop computer. The Zoom Phone does not ring when my computer is in sleep mode. 1. Is there a setting to allow Zoom Phone to wake my computer?
2. Will a desk phone ring if the computer is in sleep mode?

For #1 probably not. #2 definitely, yes. And bonus #3 it can ring the phone app if you install it on your iPhone or Android phone.

H-Allen, I recommend you configure your Mac so that it does not go into sleep mode when your computer is connected to the Power Adapter. To do that, open system preferences, click the battery icon, Click Power Adapter, then select “Prevent your Mac from sleeping automatically when the display is off.”
