On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Is there a way to show non-Zoom scheduled meeting details in the Calendar view in either the app or on a physical handset? Use case would be non-Zoom or externally scheduled meetings or calls so the user can just click on the phone number to make the call.

 

Right now it just shows "This is not a Zoom meeting".

Hello Zoom Community,

 

I was wondering if there is a way to make it so the sequential order of a call queue changes daily (example Monday would be user1, user2, user3 and Tuesday may be users user4, user5, user6) .

Right now I am manually going to our call queue settings and changing the order every morning but I would prefer if I could set some type of daily schedule for these calls if possible.

I would like to see an Scheduling SMS option for Zoom. I work with follow ups and some time I need to schedule an SMS for next day (business hours) to my clients and don't have this option. This would be a great feature improvement for the Mobile App and Desktop App. Does anyone feels the same or have the solution for this?

Unable to receive SMS including verification codes

We have a Zoom basic plan with pay as you go option selected.

We have done the setup including the 10DLC for SMS

The incoming calls can be viewed in the "Phone" tab of the log and are directed to the auto receptionist.

We are unable to see any incoming text messages in the "SMS" tab of the log.

 

Theres one direct company number with an extension. We havent setup any other users as we do not require any for our current operation.

 

Dont know what is the missing step in the setup.

 

Hope someone can help with this!

Just getting started with ZP.

I have had 2 of these phoens go bad on me. Meaning i cannot factory reset them as i've had to RMA them.

The first I thought was a fluke.

The second not so much.  

Have a Reception phone setup as a shared line group.  The phone is part of this line Group.  When I had it setup it was working properly.  Came back from Easter Holiday and red  x through the line appearance. In the phone on ZP Admin it says "

Factory reset needed for provisioning
This device supports zero touch provisioning. After the factory reset is triggered, the process will take a few minutes, please wait until it is finished. If it fails, try Assisted Provisioning."
 
The first phone said this then i added a new phone new mac, etc and it sayss the same thing.
 
Firmware on my working phone is 

 

8.1.0.12774
FIrware on broken phone is 

8.00.13670

 

 

Any thoughts?

AUDIO ISSUE

The person who called me or whom I called can hear my audio but I am unable audio from my end. 

Poor Network Connection. Audio quality may be affected

Getting popup that Poor Network Connection. Audio quality may be affected when getting an incoming call on Zoom Phone.

Any one who can explain the dial plan for outbound routing from Zoom, as I notice in case of BYOC you can configure BYOC number you can define external contact (and both only accepting E164 format) you can not configure extension or wild card and choose to be routed to outside using SBC, so how the outbound will work if I am integrating my existing PBX with the Zoom using SBC how I can configure a wild card to make a simple dial pattern that can be matched from Zoom to route calls to all extensions in PBX ???

 

hope my idea is clear, and hope and get and answers

Multiple places to change outbound caller ID (CID)

I changed the CID to our main # in user settings but also have to change it in user settings\keys and positions.  The first changes it for apps and the second changes it for their desk phone.   Really should be one place.
