Our missed calls log and call history is not being updated for up to weeks sometimes, this makes it very hard for us as a team to call back missed calls or to reliablily look up past calls/who picked up.

 

Anyone have the same issue and know how to resolve it?

Moving one site into another one

I have a main Corp site Corp-Main, with several sub-sites, corp-fl, corp-ny.  Each sub-site  "almost" has the  same settings for users vm, hold music etc as the Corp-Main. I want all sites to have same settings as Corp-main. 

 

If I move Corp-FL into Corp-Main, will Corp-FL take on all the setting that Corp-Main has?

Zoom phone keeps dropping on desktop app but not android phone app

Hi there,

 

I have a user that is having issue with her zoom phone app. On the mac desktop app, after a couple of minutes on zoom phone, the call doesn't actually drop, but you can't hear her, and she would put herself on hold for a few seconds and then she eventually is able to be heard. 

 

This doesn't effect her android zoom phone app while she's on wifi as well. Both apps are updated. Was wondering any other troubleshooting steps I can do other than nuke her laptop?

Unassigned numbers. Any report to see who might be calling?

is there some report I can run to see how many hits, or who is actually calling my unassigned numbers. we ported over several hundred and want to delete some since we are paying extra for them.

Unassigned numbers, possible to have them ring to the main Auto recpt?

with cisco call manager, I could have it so that any number not assigned to a physical phone on my system, would ring the main number/ auto attendant.  

 

I don't think this would be possible with Zoom Phone, but wanted to ask anyway.

I have enabled SMS on my Zoom Phone number. I can text out from the Zoom app, but when I try to text my Zoom Phone number I receive a text from +90 (008) 000 42 42 saying that my number "is a landline #. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # as voice messages for .25/msg.+ std msg fee. Deatils @vtext.com, TexttoLandline. Anyone else have this issue and how can I fix it?
