We are successfully delivering voicemail messages to user's via email. When the message is deleted from the email client the message remains in the user's Zoom voice mailbox. Our prior phone system was able to auto-delete the message from the voicemail server when the message was removed from the email client. Is that possible with Zoom phone?
Second question - is it possible to enable/disable email delivery of voicemail on a per user basis? If users were to be required to delete each message twice (once in the email client and then in the Zoom client) I suspect many but not all will want email delivery of voicemail disabled.
