All of a sudden, my video has stopped working, both for myself and anyone joining a meeting. Can you please suggest how to fix this. I only have one camera and so it isn't a dual camera issue, and I haven't changed anything in either my security settings or the Zoom video settings.

An error with reCAPTCHA occurred

Our meeting delegates are trying to access the zoom recording and they are getting an error message with reCAPTCHA. I have tested this and am getting the same error message. Is this a problem with zoom?

I have a Windows 10 machine that has separate windows accounts.  I want to run one zoom account in one windows account and a different zoom account in the other windows account. When I keep zoom logged in and log out of the windows account and log into the other windows account it is still logged into the previous windows account zoom.  How come?  Can't I have this work where each windows account as it's separate account without logging out?

Recovering an expired recording

I would like to know how I can access a recording that expired a few days ago, please. This link was sent to me (I am not the owner or host), but was the presenter. 

Resolved! Why can't I turn on my mic and camera on Mac? Zoom does have permissions.

If I click the unmute button or the video-enablement button, nothing happens; the buttons do not respond. Mac (Sonoma) System Settings do allow Zoom for camera and mic. I even tried disabling, and re-enabling; shutting Zoom off and on. Note: In Zoom ... Show more

If I click the unmute button or the video-enablement button, nothing happens; the buttons do not respond.

 

Mac (Sonoma) System Settings do allow Zoom for camera and mic.  I even tried disabling, and re-enabling; shutting Zoom off and on.

 

Note: In Zoom (v. 5.17.1) video settings and Zoom audio settings, we do see the   live camera view and see the the mic is picked up.

 

Zoom has worked will on this computer until recently.

How do I reinstall a pre-December version of zoom? I can't find a link to this. Can anyone help?

Screen sharing on zoom reduces the speed of my computer

I can't confidently present on Zoom as the speed of swapping screens and presentations are soooo slow. What can I do to improve the speed when presenting? When I stop presenting, things are back to normal.
