I already contacted samsung about this amd was hung up 3 times since they cannot resolve it on their end. 

 

Im trying the virtual background feature since its a requirement on our company but every time I use my samsung a51, i cant see the settings to turn it on. 

Its all good if im using a different device but only in samsung a51 is where im having the issue. Can you help me in this??

P.S

Specs are all met based on the requirements by zoom.

reinstalled the app, clear cache and restarted the phone already. Nothing works.

Hi! This issue started happening 5 months ago, and it's been causing me a lot of embarrassment since then.

I use two screens with Extended Settings (not Duplicated settings; that works fine). Whenever I open a video or someone else opens a video and I move the window, all the videos freeze.

There's no way to fix this other than leaving the meeting and joining again. Even that is not a solution, as any action you take in Zoom's window (move to the other screen, minimize, etc) will cause the video and participants' images to freeze.

I've tried the solution provided in the following ticket, but it's not working, as many people are reporting already:

This is urgent and causing a lot of embarrassment. Please address this issue promptly.

I am using a paid account.

I have a Zoom recording which I have shared to anyone with the link.

 

I use the analytics option in Zoom to check how many people watch the video each day.

 

1. But how can I identify the traffic source of people watching the video? Eg; did they come form social media, google search, etc.

 

2. Can I place a Google or Facebook pixel on the Zoom recording page?

 

3. Can I integrate Zoom with Google Analytics? (Perhaps via the Zoom API?)

Resolved! Extend participant limit immediately during meeting

When we have started a meeting but there are a unexpected large number of participants joining which exceeds the current licence limit, can we extend the limit immediately without restarting the meeting?

video will not turn on during a meeting

My video and mute buttons do not wok when in a meeting with certain instructor but works the rest of time with others. The video and mute buttons works for rest of attendees.  she is recording meeting so is there something I need to fix.

I am using Zoom meeting (server, not client) on 2 computers (home and office). I accidentally uninstalled zoom server on my home computer. I reinstalled Zoom and tried to login.  Zoom sent a verification code to my Gmail account that I used during Zoom install many years ago. I can't get the code because Google deleted that email account during their recent email account clean up. Now I am stuck. But Zoom on my office computer is still working (I think it kept me login). Can I use the office computer to change the email for the verification code so that I can recover Zoom on my home computer?

I've used ZOOM for several years on my PC Desktop running Windows 10. Suddenly it failed to launch.

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times over several months--it still does not work. When I try to start the app from the icon or from the program menu--nothing happens.

 

ZOOM works fine from my iPad and my Chromebook---same id/account.

 

Can you help me make sense of this???~!

We think zoom with a security issue: user can request account ownership without approve

number user can request account ownership , and he will get the owner role in 72 hours  by default,

we think it was very dangerous, it was ZOOM SECURITY BUG!!!

Hi, I've googled and googled and can't seem to figure this one out.

 

When I run a meeting with my Pro account, I click on the Participants list, then click More next to the participant's name, and it gives me a list of options but the "Allow to Record Local Files" option is missing. So I cannot give the participant permission to record.

 

When that same participant runs the meeting with their Free account, they CAN give me permission to record.

 

Is there a preference setting somewhere that will allow me to give participants the ability to record my meetings? Thanks in advance!
