Zoom Video picture is vertical not horizontal. How do I change it?

Hello, @Eileen7  I wanted to follow up on @WencesUnzueta's reply. Do you mind telling us if this was recorded on a mobile device? This will help us understand your experience when recording your meeting. This could also be caused by manually rotating a video on a desktop. Let us know so that we can troubleshoot with you further; otherwise, please mark the response as a solution! Thanks!
