I purchased pro plan but my account is stil on the free one.

I signed the pro plan on October 23, 2023 and until today I'm on the free plan, and I am not able to contact the support because there's no how to contact them. I am disappointed. Any suggestions?

I would like to allow someone else to start a meeting without me (I am the account owner). What is the best way to do this. I trust the other person.
