Paid the pro version since almost 2 month , but still remain on the basique mode. can anyone help me to fix it?

ONLY audio recording - no video needed

Is there a way to turn off video recording and only record audio for a meeting? I know I could do both and just delete the video recording, but I don't want the meeting to record video in the first place. Thanks!

Zoom Product Suggestion - Polling

I love the additions to polling in meetings! I would like to suggest that the polling feature - Ratings - have the capability to go into negative numbers (i.e. -3, -2, -1, +1, +2, +3). I incorporate certitude testing in my sessions with students and ... Show more

I love the additions to polling in meetings!  I would like to suggest that the polling feature - Ratings - have the capability to go into negative numbers (i.e. -3, -2, -1, +1, +2, +3).  I incorporate certitude testing in my sessions with students and having the capability to have a rating scale into negative numbers would be a great help!

We have a paid account and yet can't reach support!

I have a paid account. But Chat is not recognizing that and won't allow me to talk to support. I tried calling and the same result. I even wrote to Support but got the same respond.This is ridiculous. I have a paid account and not able to contact zoo... Show more

This is ridiculous. I have a paid account and not able to contact zoom to fix my login issue! 

What do I do?

Resolved! Zoom Outlook Plugin silent install with SSO?

Hey!

 

Is there an installation switch for the Outlook Plugin, like there is for the Desktop Client, to enable SSO?

 

We use CM/Intune to push out the Client and Plugin.

Hallo.

Leider kann ich meine Kollegen nicht mehr zu meinen Co-hosts in einem Meetings ernennen. Wir sind nicht in einem  gemeinsamen account. Sie sind aber auch lizensierte Zoom Mitglieder. 

Gibt es dafür eine Lösung? Über ein Feedback würde ich mich freuen. Danke schön. Viele Grüße Sonja

I'm the host, but need to be away sometimes, so I'm wondering if there is a way in the setting where I can permanently set "multiple people can share screen"?   Or I can only name someone in the meeting to be my co-host so that s/he can share screen.   The problem is that if I'm late, then nobody can share screen.  Any idea is appreciated!

Resolved! Downloading files from a recording

I was trying to download the files for a video recording. I selected "Record a separate audio file of each participant" in the settings. There were 2 participants in the recorded Zoom call. I downloaded the video files and also an audio file but ther... Show more

I was trying to download the files for a video recording. I selected "Record a separate audio file of each participant" in the settings. There were 2 participants in the recorded Zoom call.

 

I downloaded the video files and also an audio file but there doesn't appear to be separate audio files for each speaker.  I did receive this message when downloading the files - "The separate audio file of each participant won't be included, you can download them in the list."

 

What list?  There does not appear to be a list of separate audio files.

The cloud recordings list indicates that there are 5 files for the particular recording, which I assume are the speaker view, the gallery view, the combined audio file (both participants) and one audio file for each of the participants.  But there appears to be no way to access the separate audio files.

I am obviously missing something but what that might be is not intuitive.
