Presence status stuck on “Offline”
My Zoom account has been stuck showing “Offline” for several days. I have already tried the following steps, but the issue persists: Even when I try to manually set my status to "Available" from the status settings, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Both I and my contacts see each other as offline, and my status cannot be changed manually.
When I log in through the Zoom website, I see a red message next to my profile that says "Not connected."
I really need this resolved before Thursday afternoon, as I have to use Zoom for class again.
