Why isn't my video showing me and a guest side by side?

I made a video with a guest. I down loaded it from zoom. It is not showing us in gallary view even though I set it that way when I recorded. How do I fix it?

yes in your zoom setting you have to tun on "gallery view"

I've tried changing the view and nothing changes.  Gallery view still isn't working.
