it took me a long time to understand that you can't just add any Zoom user to the host list. You can only add a paid (Licensed) user and this user must be added to your account. I have someone I need to delegate hosting to. She is a paid licensed user so that should be good. But when I go to add her to my account, I learn that her license then becomes part of my "organization" and she gets a refund and I pay her bill. Is this the only way to do this? Neither she nor I want to be partners - we just have a one-time need for collaboration. How do solopreneurs delegate meeting hosting? Is it possible that I could add her as a Basic user and your system would read that she's a licensed user thereby allowing me to add her as an alternative host? The only solution I see is for me to give her my login, which can't be a good idea for Zoom security.

Hi there,
struggling to find a way to make the Mac desktop client (5.17.11) record just ONE speaker at a time. Instead of having two people permanently on video recording.
thanks 🙏
How do you tell the difference between the attendee and presenters link?
After purchasing a Zoom Pro account, I disabled SSO login and accidentally signed out before i was able to set the password for email log in. Now I am unable to login with both email and Google SSO. If i log in with Google SSO, it just shows 'You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025) '. And if i try to reset the password using 'Forgot Password', i get an email that says 'There was recently a request to change the password on your account. Based on our records, you used Google to sign in Zoom, click the button below, then select sign in with Google.' and the link leads me to the same sign in page as earlier and the cycle repeats. Now I am unable to access my account using either Google or email log in. How do I reset password and gain access to my account? Please help!!

Hi guys, i have a problem with my meetings schedule. I received two invitations via Mail for reacurring meetings. Unfortunately they dont show when i log in to my desktop zoom client and go to meetings. All the meetings that I plan are showing in the schedules, but the meetings i am invited to dont occur in the list. How do i solve this? Is there a setting i have to change? I am looking forward to your recommendations. Regards JS Investments

Hello, Community! My team and I regularly submit feature requests (like, a LOT of feature requests) to Zoom, but I'm looking to get in the habit of sharing these here so that if other community users feel that the proposed features (sometimes blatant oversights or bug-fixes that get classified as 'features' by Zoom dev teams) are useful, additional feature requests can be lodged to gain traction. //// Requested Feature: Near-End Camera Control Description: Ability to control PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) of a Zoom-certified UVC-compatible webcam directly from the Zoom application. If supported by the camera, additional UVC standards parameters could be modified (contrast, brightness, saturation, focus). Context: Zoom Client currently has access to UVC controls (PTZ) with its far-end camera control options, but offers no option for near-end control. More simply, others can be delegated access to control your camera, but you can't even control it yourself!! Use-case: Zoom Client users may wish to adjust their webcams and currently need to do so using a 3rd-party utility. Increases productivity, reduces bloatware. Estimated implementation effort: Minimal. Again, Zoom Client is already able to control compatible cameras, but the control is not given to the local user. Mac and Windows Zoom Rooms systems have full control access to local cameras as well. //// If you think near-end control is a feature that you or your users would utilize, please be sure to submit a formal feature request!

The following help item is shown: To enable this feature for your own use: However, I am a single end user not in a corporate setting. While I can see and open the In Meeting (Basic) section there is no Join different meetings simultaneously on desktop option present to enable? Is that option available to single basic end users?User
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator
