Hey everyone,

I'm Darshan Hirannadani, Since updating Zoom to a newer version yesterday, I've run into an issue with my Zoom desktop app not displaying upcoming events from my Google calendar anymore. I keep receiving an 'unable to load' message in the calendar tab, despite still getting desktop notifications for upcoming meetings.

I've tried clearing my cache, uninstalling/reinstalling Zoom, and reconnecting my Google calendar, but none of these steps have resolved the issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

How to change the volume of zoom calls on an iPhone (super loud, unbearable with earbuds)

It seems impossible to change the volume of zoom meetings with an iPhone. Is there a secret settings somewhere?  The volume is not affected by the standard volume buttons on the side of the iphone.

Please help 😄

When sharing links to recorded Zoom meetings, we're getting reports the videos won't stream on Android phones. The video starts playing but stops after a minute or so, and looks as if it's loading but never does. Streaming runs smoothly on computers, tablets and Iphones. Is there a solution to this problem?

Non-stop "cloud recording storage" emails. No option to cancel.

I cancelled my paid Zoom account with 84% of my cloud storage used. Zoom emails me EVERY DAY with "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage" and there's no option to stop the emails. There's a link to "Manage Recordings", but I can't access that feature without paying for a premium account again.

I want the emails to stop.

I'm not paying Zoom any more money for the time being. I don't want a premium account right now. If the emails don't stop, I will be flagging them to my regional internet authority, internet provider, and email service as spam/junk mail, as their email notifications have no "unsubscribe" option, nor is there any way to stop the notifications in my account settings.

 

Side Note: There seems to be no way for an unpaid account like mine to contact support except here. This seems like a separate problem they should resolve.

Hello Zoom Community!

I host a number of Zoom calls and I'm always a few minutes early in advance of these calls. While waiting for my attendees, I'm usually using other apps and/or browsers on my computer that are on top of the Zoom app, which means that I need to keep switching back to the Zoom app to see if an attendee has entered the waiting room, which can become tedious.

 

It would be great if there was an audio notification that regardless of the app you're using, would alert you that someone's entered the waiting room to get on the Zoom call.

 

If this audio notification is available, please let me know where to find it. If this notification isn't available, it should be.

If a moderator is sharing a window during a zoom meeting the Option "Reactions" is not available for him in the menu bar. It appears again, if the moderator unshares the window again. For participants of the meeting this option is always available.  Is there a possibility to make this Option available for the moderator while he is sharing a screen?

Does anyone know if there is a way to configure my Zoom account so my clients can automatically choose to record THEIR Zoom sessions with me to THEIR Zoom account cloud or on their computer hard drive---not mine acct? I no longer wish to record my sessions on my Zoom account and be responsible for sending their recording link---ever---and want clients to have immediate permission to click record and have the recording land in their zoom account or hard drive by default. Thank you!
