Hi! Is there a way to add an alternative host automatically to every call as they are made without manually entering it in each time?

Hey @mdominick for individual meetings that are non-recurring, it looks like you will need to add that alternative host every time. 

Secondly, for recurring meetings, if you were to add an alternative host, they will be added to every occurrence of that recurring series. 

Lastly you could (i haven't tested this but maybe a suggestion) leverage Zooms Meeting API for Create a meeting with your set alternative host?

Correct, you could leverage APIs to accomplish this. Essentially you would want a webhook that assigns an alternate host each time a new meeting is scheduled to avoid having to do so manually. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you schedule Zoom meetings and assign an alternative host automatically to every call.
