When I try to "Schedule", it just spins

When I click "Schedule" it brings up a window with a spinning icon and never gets past that. *see attached*I completely uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it. Same problem. I tried logging in with 2 different accounts. Same problem. I'm able to join me... Show more

When I click "Schedule" it brings up a window with a spinning icon and never gets past that. *see attached*

I completely uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it. Same problem. 


I tried logging in with 2 different accounts. Same problem. 

 

I'm able to join meetings, but just not schedule them. 


Any idea what's wrong??

Blurred foreground and background

HI!  HELP!! Please!  Last week I was using the blurred background in my meetings and it worked fine. But Friday, I held up a book to show the cover and it was also blurred. Even though you could see my face to the back and side of the book and it was clear. So the background was blurred and the book in foreground was blurred. I was between them and I was clear!  What the heck!  Please help!  Thank you!!

One of my team members' recordings are not appearing in our shared cloud storage making his meetings opaque to the rest of the team. I have checked his user settings and am sure I have configured something incorrectly.

 

The ideal outcome is that his, along with all of my team members, when they record customer meetings, those recordings flow into the "Recordings and Transcript Management" tab for transparent meeting sharing.

Hallo zusammen,

mit der Zoom Workplace-App  komme ich nicht mehr in meine Meetings auf grund der Fehlermeldung: "Die Anmeldung über E-Mail ist deaktiviert". Eine Anmeldung ist aber nur über die Apple ID möglich mit der ich nicht bei Zoom registriert bin.

 

Gibt es irgendwelche neue Konfigurationen, über die ich nicht informiert bin?

Es hat bisher immer funktioniert :-(.

 

Über einen Tipp wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Resolved! Recurring Meetings

With this new Zoom Workplace I cannot find recurring meetings. I have to access my recurring meeting theough a browser.  How do I start a recurring meeting?

I have used the same reoccurring link for a long time. I have not changed it. When guests click the link to join my meeting, it tells them "Host is in another meeting". I am not in another meeting. I am in the meeting they have the link to join. I don't understand why this is happening since the update. Can anyone help?

Virtual background and filters disabled after update ZoomVDI ver.5.17.6

Virtual background and filters are disabled after updating ZoomVDI to 5.17.6 (24660).

 

- Citrix on Azure VDI
- Windows 10, 64bit
- Virtual background and filters were available in version 5.17.5.

Hello - I need to cut 00:12:36-00:13:00 from a recording that is 01:36:57.  I cannot figure out how to do it.  I selected the scissor icon and when the blue bar appeared I selected these time codes thinking this portion would get trimmed.  Instead, the system saved on this portion.  I restored the original recording but I cannot figure this out.  Please advise.  TIA!

Resolved! Zoom recording sent to me

I have the url and pass code but the same message comes up ' you cannot view this recording. No permission' . the host confirms all restrictions lifted. Five recipients have the same problem

Hi,
I just recorded a live class (I'm a paying Zoom user) and the recording that was saved to the cloud is awful.  It's fuzzy and the audio/video is off.  First, why would this happen? (wifi is working and call went fine).  Second, is there any way to fix this so I can send it out in a viewable way to my clients?
