I need to upgrade from free/Basic to Pro in order to do a one-on-one presentation that needs to last one hour and involves sharing of Excel and Word documents from my desktop. I will not be using Docs, whiteboard, team chat, scheduler, AI, etc., only Share and Recordings. Am familiar with the free Workplace Basic. What interface differences will I encounter with the Pro version using only those limited features? TIA

Hi, so today i had an online class. When i do homework play or work i usually listen to music but when i play music while on a call on zoom i cant hear it , it sounds distorted. This is my headphones Reddragon h901
Hi, I have an M1 MacStudio with an Apple Thunderbolt Display which has a built in webcam (known as FaceTimeHD Camera). When running MacOS Monterey, the video feed from this camera worked. Since 'upgrading' to MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1 the Zoom preferences recognises the camera it is connected to, the computer displays the icon in the menu bar that the camera is in use, but no video preview appears in the Zoom preferences - the window is black. I checked to see if this was just a bug with the preview in preferences, by starting a meeting. No video displayed, although I did get a message from the Zoom app that said 'Virtual Background is still loading. Start video anyway?' (The buttons offered the option of 'Don't use video' and 'Use video'. No video displayed after clicking 'Use video' and waiting several minutes. I then disabled virtual background in the preferences and tried again, but still had no video displayed in system preferences or in a meeting that I started. Is this a known bug with Zoom version 5.16.10? If not, please can Zoom investigate and can other users let me know in the replies if this affects them too. Thanks, Andrew

I have a meeting and am creating 15 different polls. I have started to create these polls and now realize they are not in the correct order needed for the actual meeting. You used to be able to reorder/move the polls prior to the meeting. This functionality seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know if polls can still be reordered? Thanks

How do I enable the camera on Zoom on a Mac? My camera is not turning on during Zoom meetings. How do I fix this issue?
I CANT HEAR ANYTHING IN ZOOM MEETINGS. NOT AT ALL. I HAD THIS PROBLEM THEN IT FIXED ITSELF IDK HOW BUT IT DID. I DID SOMETHING TO CAUSE THAT FIX BUT I DONT REMEMBER SO CAN SOMEONE HELP ME REMEMBER OR MAYBE EVEN ANOTHER WAY TO HELP WITH THIS ISSUE? I SAW A POST IN 23 THAT THEY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT SINCE IS 25 I THINK IT IS DIFFERENT NOW? I HAVE THIS PROBLEM ON MY AIRPOD AND ANYOTHER CALL WORKS. HELP ME... PLEASE. ITS PISSING ME OFF AND I NEED HELP. THIS IS FOR MY CLASS AND I NEED TO PAY ATTENTION. ALSO SIDE NOTE MY AUDIO IS FULLY CONNECTED TO MY AIRPODS. THE MIC, AND THE SPEAKER.
