Hello there! For some reason whenever I tried to turn on my camera or add a virtual background, Zoom suddenly crashes or goes on not responding since yesterday. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. This usually happens whenever I get Windows update. This is getting really frustrating since apparently, my subscription doesn't include Live Agent support. I am a recruiter and I have a lot of upcoming scheduled interviews so I really need your help please ASAP!

hi by mistake i installed/connected read.ai to Zoom i have removed all join and connected from read.ai for Zoom and also in Zoom app management i removed read.ai but read.ai keeps showing as a participant in every meeting i am joining (as host or not) read.ai support does not provide any solution. i am using Outlook 365 business it is very annoying. can you assist me? thank moti

How do I get rid of my password when I enter a private meeting room?
My account>personal>meeting>personal room>edit>security>passcode
I can't click the passcode check box. 😞
Dear all, I am testing out zoom and me and my colleagues would like to use each other quizzes. We have a fixed set of multiple quizzes that everyone should be able to add when a meeting is created. Can you please advise if this is possible? Apart from creating it separately 6 times (we are a team of 6) over in every account which is very error prone and costs a lot of maintenance.

I've been using Zoom for years and this hasn''t happened before. After finishing my recording, I got this message: "Failed to Convert Recording There is not enough space on the disk (which is weird since I had just deleted several prior recordings). You need to make more space available on your disk by deleting files, then convert your recording by double-clicking the following files in the destination." So I went ahead and deleted far more recordings then the one I had today (about 35 minutes), emptied the trash and the tried to double click on the two that said to "double click to convert..." So, the file enlarges for a second and then nothing happens. I have a Mac Pro if that's helpful. Thank you so much! It was an important recording and I don't want to lose it.

Previously virtual background works well in my HP i7 11th Gen Laptop, but after giving the new update it's not working. Blur freezes my video and the virtual background black the screen.
I have users who are experiencing instability of ZOOM Workplace since updating to 6.4.
Some are experiencing chat will not send and will cause workplace to close and relaunch.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution.
I have been leading a consistent Zoom meeting every morning. Done it for 5 years now. I'm wanting to know if all the people who have ever come to the meeting after they register their email is there a setting that Zoom has all we can send them an email on a regular basis. Like the automated system does for webinars. I get emails for webinars on the consistent basis. And I'm wondering if we can send out the same kind of consistent notifications to remember this meeting that we do everyday. Any help is appreciated
