Air Pods

Hi,

Having trouble with Air Pods connecting to Zoom on my laptop. Tried everything including reparing. Says it is connected but them on a Zoom call noone can hear me. Tried all the Zoom troubleshooting stuff. I know the AirPods are functional as I used them on a phone call.

Any suggestions would be welcome

Hi there @DFOmni ! This has happened to me before. In my case, my Airpods were switching back and forth between my phone and my laptop. I had to disconnect my AirPods from my phone to get them to work properly for my Zoom meeting.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that in my trouble shooting and regrettably this didn't solve my problem.

Thanks for the quick follow-up. You mentioned that no one could hear you when you use your AirPods, but can you hear them?

No they can't hear me and I have troubleshooted that its not their equipment.
