Hi, I have automatic recording switched off in my settings. But every time I start a new meeting, it's automatically recording it anyhow. I can turn it off, but that leaves me with constant notices about saved cloud recordings with 5 seconds of meetings that I didn't want to record. No idea how to actually turn this off and keep it off.

I am using zoom with my computer and didn't have any issues using zoom until 18th. But from this monday, after the zoom has alerted that I have to update(which I did) zoom just crashes before I start any meetings. It's like I open zoom and after 10 or so seconds, it crashes. I have to take my online class with zoom and I can't find out what's wrong. I checked the left memories of my computer so I don't think memory is the problem. Please help me...

We often have parents login in zoom for school online class session and Zoom return passcode error message. At our end, nothing is change, the only trick is
1) Get parents to clear the history and re-key in ID and passcode - most of the time this will work
2) Uninstall and re-install zoom - if step 1 does not work.
Is this the security feature from Zoom? But we do noticed only random parents have this issue, not every parent faced this. Anyone has experience and a good solution for this?

So does my intel celeron n4020 and intel graphics 600uhd support virtual background without green screen?
I am wanting to know if there is a setting a host can set to allow someone to participate in the meeting, but not show up on gallery view or participant list? When I help another presenter or in a meeting but I am just there to moderate or troubleshoot issues so the presenter can concentrate on the information, I'd like to not be listed as a participant and more importantly I don't want to appear in the video gallery. I know I can turn my video off or just show my profile picture, but when I am just assisting in the background, I'd rather be invisible at least on the video gallery. We require participants to have their video on during most all of our meetings/trainings and I don't feel right about having my camera off and using my profile picture when others can't or shouldn't.
