I have tried to connect my zoom meeting to a facebook page....however I cant do it now.   What am I doing wrong.   I have tried the solutions but I am told I have to have my facebook page open.   It is but Zoom doesnt seem to connect to it.

Hi @FlowerFinkie 

I'd suggest clearing the cache in your browser. This can either be done just for the Facebook page itself, or all cached web pages, which is generally better. This will clear out all saved temporary files that are created when live streaming, which can cause issues for the next time you try to live stream. Here are the instructions on how to do this for Chrome, but it is similar for all other browsers.

I am having the same problem. I've cleared my browser and still unable to live stream on FB via zoom.
