We've been having issues with Break out rooms not opening for meetings lately. These are meeting with about 200 participants and less than 50 break out rooms. When we click on open rooms it just hangs and then goes back to the beginning. Any suggestions? I am using the PC client.

I enabled language interpretation and have added the required languages. However, when I go to assign an interpreter, I those languages do not appear on the list.

Hi all, I used to be able to pre-make custom breakout rooms in my personal zoom room, but recently, it disappeared. I can't seem to find the option to bring them back in my personal zoom room. Does anyone know where this option is located? I know where it is when I create a new meeting, but I only want it for my personal zoom room. Thank you!

I am the administrator and host for my account. I have enabled chat, enabled private chat, and made sure that everyone can chat with everyone else in the meeting settings. However, the actual chat function doesn't show up during my meetings - the chat icon isn't in my meeting controls. How do I get the chat icon to show up in my meeting controls for both me and my participants? We want to chat during meetings but have no ability to do so. I've been trying to get this to work for an hour, so any help you can give would be great. If it matters, I have a paid account.

Last night while on a Zoom call my PC froze and eventually dropped me out. I tried to get back in but couldn't. I decided to uninstall Zoom and reinstall. The reinstall gets to about 50% and then fails. Any suggestions on how to fix whatever problem there is on the laptop?

A WINDOW SAYS IT IS 'CONVERTING MEETING RECORDING'. Nothing's happening.
Hi, We have a share zoom account where I worked and it seems that someone has changed some settings into one of my reunions. So the link has changed and we already published the link and we're attending more than 100 persons. I would like to know if there is a way to reverse the changes so I would have the same link as before.
