I recently updated and since then when I'm hosting a meeting on our group's account about 50-55 minutes in I lose all my controls, cant see participant names on those who have their video on, cant see names or anything on those who have video off (they just appear as a black square) cant send or receive chat, cant see names of participants listed under participants button, can't even exit the meeting as that control is gone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, same thing. This does NOT happen when I'm just a participant and not the host! any ideas?? This recurring meeting is not scheduled in my account but our group's account. I am running Windows 10 Version 21H1for x64-based Systems

Can anyone tell me where can I find the chat notes when using Zoom as an app in Teams? When I use Zoom using my own account the chat notes appear at the end of the meeting in my Zoom directory. However, when I use Zoom via my work Teams app (which is how I'm expected to us it), the chat notes seem to disappear. Can anyone help me with this? Many thanks, Rosa

I use a third party calendar called “Fantastical” on iOS/Mac. It is possible to login to Zoom through that which is excellent, as it makes Zoom meetings very easy to manage. unfortunately, however, the Zoom limitation of being logged in on one device means that Fantastical is forever being logged out. is there a solution?

I conduct meetings using a MacBook Pro. I have another iPhone in the same room being used as a camera with the mic turned off. The iPhone is signed in as a guest. No problem. I wanted to turn the mic off on my laptop and instead use the mic on the iPhone. When I do that there is a terrible echo. Even if I mute my laptop and turn down the microphone all the way in the settings on my laptop, there still is a terrible echo. I thought that would only happen if two mics were being used. I would there be an echo if only one mic is in use? Is there a way to fix this?

The meetings I have arranged this week are all coming up with the same error message saying 'incorrect password'. I then have to send another invite which is very unprofessional. I have never had this issue before. I have updated with latest zoom version and now I am not sure what to do next - can anyone suggest what to do?

I can't do Zoom from my computer... tried to click the apps, it's not working. Tried to access from website, also can't work.. Please help....
I tried to access it from my phone, it's no problem though..
I was in a meeting where the spotlit participant kept getting their spotlight removed without me, the only host touching anything. I wasn't in a position to ask the participant if they were removing the spotlight themselves so I'm trying to figure out if it was a bug with Zoom or if there's a possibility of the participant doing it themself. So, can a participant without host/co-host privileges remove their spotlight?

I instruct classes on ZOOM through our city school's Community Education system. Is it possible to look at a previous meeting I've held and see who actually accessed/attended the class?
I'm an educator and have had a zoom account for meetings with unlimited participants and meeting lengths for a few years. Somehow my account now says I have a 40-minute time limit. I have Back to School Night tomorrow on zoom with parents and it will be over an hour!? Any ideas how to fix this without having to buy an upgrade? I used my school email account so the participant amount and meeting time should be unlimited.
