Lost chat notes

Can anyone tell me where can I find the chat notes when using Zoom as an app in Teams?  When I use Zoom using my own account the chat notes appear at the end of the meeting in my Zoom directory.  However, when I use Zoom via my work Teams app (which is how I'm expected to us it), the chat notes seem to disappear.  Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @RosaRamos 

 

I do not believe the Zoom for Microsoft Teams app supports the saving of in-meeting chats.

 

However, if the app integration has been setup for you at an organization-level, you could try asking your Administrator?

 

The documentation for the Zoom for Teams apps does also say for additional help or technical support, please submit a ticket.
