I created a link and sent it out to 300 people already. I did not realize I only had capacity to host 100 people. I have not purchased 500+ add on for 1 month for this meeting. Can I use the old link I sent out already? Please advise I host the meeting tomorrow. Jennifer

Hi,
I want users entering the meeting to be directed to the waiting room,
And after the meeting started I want to admit everyone,
And from that moment to allow direct entry to the meeting without waiting in the waiting room for everyone who comes.
In my account setting I have enabled the waiting room...as you can see aat the image attached.
When the meeting starts all users are directed to tt change he meeting room, but when I open the participants window->>>more>> the "enable wiating romm" button is disabled (gray) and i cannot chang it -as you can see in the 2 image i have attached here.

I have enabled Breakot Rooms at zoom.us. But I don't get the button for Breakout Rooms in Zoom.
I need my meeting started at 08:10 am, but there's no option for that time, only 08:00 or 08:30, how I can set the time for exact time? Thank you
Are new participants who enter the room after a poll is launched but still active able to see and respond to the poll?
To be a member of our meeting you must agree to a covenant that has been established. Is there a way to have people type/choose "YES" to the question "Do you agree to abide by our Group Covenant?" and that will trigger entrance to the meeting. If they type/choose "NO" they would be not be allowed to enter (be removed from the waiting room).

Please tell me why the quality of the conference recording is 640x360, when it should be 1280x720 or more. I have HD webcam quality. When i spotlight 2 or more images, the recording resolution becomes 1280x720. If you enable screen sharing, it becomes 1920x1080.

Hi, I am using literally tens of virtual backgrounds, and I would like to sort them by folders; For instance: "Event backgrounds", "Colored backgrounds", "Horizontally flipped backgrounds" (the latter when I choose to mirror my video and use flipped backgrounds). Would that be possible? Thanks.
