Please tell me why the quality of the conference recording is 640x360, when it should be 1280x720 or more. I have HD webcam quality. When i spotlight 2 or more images, the recording resolution becomes 1280x720. If you enable screen sharing, it becomes 1920x1080.

Hi, I am using literally tens of virtual backgrounds, and I would like to sort them by folders; For instance: "Event backgrounds", "Colored backgrounds", "Horizontally flipped backgrounds" (the latter when I choose to mirror my video and use flipped backgrounds). Would that be possible? Thanks.

Hello, I have a licence for 100 participants but what does it means actually ? 100 partipants who can speak and share their screen and many more who cans assist or it's 100 totally counting participants and people who assist?

Question. I want to extend an invitation to 125 potential participants, knowing that less than 100 (my max) will attend. Am I restricted on the number of invitations I can send?
My audio is not in sync with video when viewing a recording that has been downloaded to my computer. When viewing on the cloud it is fine, just off when downloaded to computer. Ideas?

Hi just opened a zoom account and there is no facility to record.
When I opened account previously seemed ok - has anything changed, or am I doing something wrong?
When I create a google calendar event and add zoom conferencing... the meeting is not showing up in my "meetings" when I log into zoom. Any insight on how to get them to synch?
when I try to share screen, I get a message saying "You are restricted from screen sharing in this meeting". Does anyone know how to solve this? I have tried changing all the settings in my account ... to allow screen sharing for everyone everywhere! But still when someone joins my zoom, this message comes up.
