Hi Everyone

In the last few weeks my zoom freezes if I have the other person on much more than thumbnail sized.  I can still hear them and they don't see any difference to me; I work fine.

I have the laptop plugged in through ethernet cable and have restarted routers etc.

I have checked that I have the latest version of zoom and the laptop is less than a year old.

I want to be able to hold a larger meeting with breakout rooms so I really need to be able to utilise the full screen.

Anyone have any ideas?

I used an old email and old name to set up my  Zoom account (on myMacBookPro). Now I need to change both. I succeeded in changing to the new email, but the name won't change. Please, anyone, can you give me both the navigation and the keystrokes for Zoom on a Mac using a Chrome browser? 

I have used Screen Share a million times and all of a sudden it is not picking up content. The screen share windows have an exclamation mark. I checked the zoom settings and everything seems to be in order. Could it be an issue with my computer?  Any tips are appreciated!!

Não consigo acessar as salas de reuniões agendadas, desde o começo desta semana (23/08). O sistema Zoom roda e simplesmente não me dá o acesso à sala (com áudio e vídeo). Hoje apareceu uma estranha mensagem informando que havia "erro na minha rede (wi-fi)"???

Como eu poderia resolver o problema. Preciso muitíssimo porque sou jornalista e professor universitário.

J'ai acheté un nouveau pc portable Lenovo Athlon AMD, Radeon graphics.

Au départ, j'avais téléchargé l'application mais les  sons/vidéos étaient  encore plus de mauvaises qualités que sur le site en ligne. Donc, je me connecte sur le site internet de mon navigateur.

Le son n'est vraiment pas bon. Quand j'interviens lors d'une réunion, c'est entrecoupé et/ou avec un écho; bref, c'est très déplaisant pour les autres.

De plus, les  images-vidéos des personnes restent fixes la plupart du temps. Pourquoi ?

Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ? Un grand merci

I bought a new Lenovo Athlon AMD laptop, Radeon graphics.
I originally downloaded the app but the sounds / videos were even worse than on the live site. So, I connect to the website of my browser.
The sound is really not good. When I intervene in a meeting, it is interrupted and / or with an echo; in short, it is very unpleasant for others.
In addition, the video images of people remain fixed most of the time. Why ?
