Freezing for Me Only
Hi Everyone In the last few weeks my zoom freezes if I have the other person on much more than thumbnail sized. I can still hear them and they don't see any difference to me; I work fine. I have the laptop plugged in through ethernet cable and have restarted routers etc. I have checked that I have the latest version of zoom and the laptop is less than a year old. I want to be able to hold a larger meeting with breakout rooms so I really need to be able to utilise the full screen. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Emma
