I'd love to know if anyone out there in ZoomLand agrees with me... When hosting a meeting, you see the option of 'End' but if you don't want to 'End' the meeting, but you need to leave (especially for LARGE or very important meetings) it is very very scary for the Host to click 'End' when all they want to do is 'Leave' and assign the host priviledge to another participant! I suggest that for all Hosts, a 'Leave' button is added next to the 'End' button so that hosts can click the 'Leave' button instead of 'End' so they know they won't accidently 'End' a very important or LARGE meeting - which could be a career ending move!! If you agree I'd love to know!

Dear Community: I did NOT know I had to ask permission from my university for using WHOVA (web based conference program) and I need to use ZOOM within it. WHOVA states an Account Admin has to give permission for this university ZOOM to be used, and I"m wondering if I should buy a ZOOM account INDEPENDENT of my university so I can actually do this. I am incredibly worried about not being able to host this virtual event NEXT TH Sept 16. This IS my fault as I simply didn't know the permission was required. Advice? I'm all ears, because I'm at my ropes end thinking about HOW to do this and not let my attendees down. My thanks, Stephanie Watts

We try to prevent recording of the contents in the zoom conference room in terms of confidentiality.
The recording function in the zoom program may be removed by the administrator.
However, recording through other screen capture programs could not be prevented.
Is there a way to prevent recording of this?

bonjour , que faire pour que mes reunions durent plus de 40 mn alors que j'ai un abonnement?
"I added a Zoom meeting link into the text box of a Mailchimp email campaign as a hyperlink. It looks identical to my Zoom invitation link from Zoom itself. The link I added is here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/.... When I sent the email out, my subscribers could not access the link because when they clicked on it, it had changed to this: http://%20https//us02web.zoom.us/j/... There are extra/different numbers and letters (in red) at the beginning of the link that appeared once the subscriber clicked on the link. I can't remove the additions in my Mailchimp campaign because they are not there until after the fact." Have any of you had this experience? How did you address it?

The sales contact form is broken.
It does not allow to select State / Province and it is impossible to complete the submission of the form because that is a mandatory field

Could you fix it?
Hi. I am a private tutor and I use Zoom all day long to meet individually with my students. I have 2 students that Zoom repeatedly kicks me out when I am meeting with them. It lets me rejoin, but about 7-10 minutes later kicks me out again and again. I have verified that I am up to date. I have version 5.7.7. Anyone have an idea what I can do to fix this?
